Beautiful place

Everything was great. The mos kindly staff we have ever meet. Only the clenaing need to be a little bit often.

Hotel is build around a very nice garden with very fun swimming pool for kids. The buffet restaurant was good and representative.

Staff was not very well organized, had to ask certain things multiple times before they happened. Animation and shows were often unclear and not properly advertised. The location in Ca’n picafort is not really beautiful.

The hotel itself was great. Plenty of sunloungers. Very friendly staff. Lovely spacious reception area and everything laid out well. Our interconnecting rooms were a perfect set up for a family of 4, (with 2 older teenagers). Meant they had their own space & their own bathroom! Balconies were a good size too. The bar prices were very reasonable. We ate in the restaurant once on an evening and the food was lovely. Plenty of towels were provided in the rooms. We were self catering and the kitchen units and facilities in the rooms were basic, but enough.

The pools were absolutely freezing! We went at the end of October towards the end of the season and I appreciate this is later in the year, but the water was absolutely icy cold. The indoor spa pool was the same. Couldn't spend more than a few minutes in the water. The hotel shop shut for the season part way through our stay at the end of October, so I didn't actually get chance to check this out. The airconditioning in our main suite wasn't brilliant, which led to a fair bit of humidity in the suite & bedroom. It worked better in the interconnected studio. No ventilation in the bathrooms either. The shower door in the studio room was missing a silicone strip at the bottom, which wasn't noticed until after a shower and the bathroom was flooded!

Amazingly kind staff, everyone super friendly with kids and babies. Great food for breakfast and dinner, buffet style. Beautiful garden, nice rooms. Had a great time with a 10 month old.

The pool temperature is rather on the lower side. For the last few days there was no dairy free milk in the breakfast buffet (not an issue before). Could be nice to have dairy free dessert options too.

Breakfast was great! A great food selection including everything one might desire for breakfast. I had the best smoothies everyday while my kid was happy with pancakes and cereals. And of course the breads. He is a bread lover! We got half board and didnt regret a bit!! Dinner was amazing, outstanding themes as tacos day and sea food day. 10!!! Righly recommend getting half board if you are in doubt. The staff is EXTREMELLY friendly and amazing!! Check in was the best experience I have ever had with Margow (not sure if its spelling correct)- arriving late at night due to a flight delayed and a mess with a booked rental car, she made our arrival smoothy and easy. General staff- desk, buffet, entertainment, all amazing! Friendly people. Greeting all the time, smily, playful. The pools are amazing but freezing cold in October. We were allowed to use the indoor pool even thou it was signed 18up. Due to the weather they let us use it. My 4years old liked the kids club and loved to see Yzzy around and watch the shows. Playground is wonderful and great location, closer to the buffet restaurant. I could enjoy my meal in peace while my kid would go play. They upgraded our room giving us a bigger one. I booked studio with pool view and got one whole bedroom instead. wonderful sun light! Ahhh, supermarket is also great. Didnt visit much thinking prices might be up to the sky, for a bottle of water for example. but for my surprise, not bad at all…for a 5l water. entertainment was fun! Great shows and my kid loved sooo much the foam party activity. The beach is walkable and you can find many stores and restaurants on the way. I highly recommend this hotel!! Thanks a lot for a great memory. My kid is looking forward to be back next year!

We didnt expect the outdoors pool being so cold even thou the temperature outside was 28C. And I was surprised to know the indoor pool is inside a Spa- 18up area. Quite small pool too and not so warm for a heated pool. (For my taste) I was also not so happy with the pool restaurant service. At dinner time was ok, not many people at the time we arrived (reserved table), so we got a better service. The experience for lunch, on the other hand, wasnt good. No one ever came to us to give the menu-even thou I asked- they looked all soo busy, but the place wasnt full. I got a menu myself (not a big deal!) After a long time waiting to get my order, it came wrong. Oh, well! It happens! Even thou i couldn’t go much, I found the gym quite small. We were 2 people at the time i went and seemed crowded. Get informed by reading the hotel rules, not all staff is aware of all of them. They might say something is not correct. So learn them first. Doubts, dont hesitate to ask. Staff is amazingly friendly. Believe me!

Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful pools, outdoor areas, and spa (pool water quite cold in September though). Rooms big and well equipped and great location near the town and beach. Clean and plenty of space and loungers by pools.

A lot of noise in the corridors from other guests and cleaning staff. Plus construction outside. Tough when kids need to nap. Beds are pretty lumpy and uncomfortable. Food is not great and overpriced - we ate out most of the time instead. Overall could do with an upgrade.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed & highly recommend with a family with young children.
