Super infrastructures pour les enfants, les piscines vraiment top, les animations variées proposées tous les jours durant toute la journée, sans pour autant être invasives, mini-club, spectacles de qualité et ponctuels, Izzie la mascotte koala super chouette pour les enfants, la diversité des menus et des plats proposés au buffet, le personnel (réception, restaurant, animateurs,...), chambre spacieuse (upgradée sans frais avec un grand jardin avec hamac), petite boutique de 1ère nécessité au sein de l'hotel très pratique, machine à laver et séchoir disponible (payant). Possibilité d'échanger 1x le repas du soir par le repas du midi permettant d'aller manger en ville le soir.

Pas assez de transats pour tout le monde à la piscine : malgré le fait qu'il n'était pas permis de réserver des transats sans être présents, nous avons dû à plusieurs reprises nous installer par terre dans l'herbe... Qualité du buffet au restaurant acceptable mais pas extraordinaire non plus.

Ontbijt top accommodatie top, het meest beviel dat je geen handdoeken bij het zwembad mag leggen als je er niet bij bleef, als je dat wel deed, haalde de badmeester ze weg, sommige kwamen 3 uur later verbaasd kijken waar hun handdoeken waren

- The entire place is set up for families, and there really were activities and play areas for both my 2-year-old and my 6-year-old. The children's entertainers were really energetic and seemed to really enjoy their time with the kids. - The Yzzy concept was a huge hit for both our kids and added a lot of fun! - The pool is a really good mix of stuff for kids and some exercise classes and an adult relaxation pool; it was enjoyable to spend time there and there was enough shade and beach chairs so that we could always find a good spot. - We had half board, but even so the drinks and extra food were all reasonably priced. We didn't feel like we were being ripped off. - The on-site photographers were really good at their jobs and very friendly. We got some wonderful photos to take home, even if they were on the expensive side. - The buffet was a huge hit with the kids and there was really something for everyone there. The desserts were great! I personally dug into a lot of 'Big Breakfast' style bacon/eggs/beans and could also enjoy some roast meats in the evening. - Other than the bathrooms, the rooms were well set-up: clothes line on the balcony, comfortable beds, different types of pillows to choose from (including firm ones!), and a good kitchenette with everything you need for basic meals/drinks. - The on-site shop was really convenient and helpful for any small things you forget. A vending machine for after-hours would also be helpful. - The certificates and medals for the kids on their last night was really lovely. Our daughter was super excited to get hers!

- My mother said she had to really insist/push at the Kids Club to do the T-shirt painting vs the regular activity for my 6-year-old on her last day: perhaps more staff or a different station is needed for this? - We had two separate rooms and both of the showers, despite being set up differently, spilled water all over the floor. Our mats were always sopping wet after every shower. The doors also don't lock so toddlers can just walk straight in! - It would have been great if the pool and the Kid's Club started earlier than 10am. Our kids wake up at 7am so we were at breakfast at 7:30am, but then always had an awkward 2-hour gap before they could either swim or do activities. - Similarly, it would be good if the pool could open earlier and stay open later. - The location is fine if you have a car or kids that are old enough for longer walks, but you should know that it is a downhill walk to the beach of about 15-20mins one-way. - No free water or juice for the kids at dinner: they do this for breakfast, but at dinner time you have to order water and it is slow to arrive, which seems pretty inefficient. - Not really something I disliked, but just something I think should be brought up to date: I think you should be able to order food and drinks via app. Most of the queues or lines were waiting to order things, and sometimes in the evening it would take a while to find someone to take our order at the stage area. An app-based ordering system where you can enter your table or lounge chair number would be much more efficient and help cut down on queues. - As others have said, the water is quite cold when you first enter. It wasn't a big issue for me, but I did notice the kids starting to chill down when they stayed in for a while.
