Staff was very friendly and helpful, very clean and beautiful surroundings, bistro pool bar excellent service and food was excellent also very friendly service from staff

The food for the evening meals where very poor with little variety, very slow service of staff to serve food been freshly cooked to guests, resulting in none available or undercooked meats , a lot of leftover food been used in next days dishes , not planned to make a menu dinner experience, would not say a four star restaurant , there was no nightime entertainment shows, or music , bingo one game or a terrible quiz .

Location and size of apartments gave us lots of space

You could hear people coming loudly and going as we were by the main door entrance. Indoor pool is tiny but needed when it’s not peak season as outdoor pools aren’t heated!

We enjoyed our stay at Zafiro Mallorca. A great stay for family with kids,loads of things to do. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The snack bar and lounge were good too. I would return

The jacuzzi in the spa was out of order. We still enjoyed the sauna and other facilities
