I chose this hotel because of its historical significance. When I was making the reservation, I read through some raving reviews as well as some reviews suggesting infrastructure upgrade. The moment when I stepped in the hotel lobby, I was greeted with friendly smilies by Ms. Lily and many others. I loved the spacious room with traditional Chinese decor, and was actually quite impressed by the amenities. Throughout my entire stay, the staff provided me with first-class service from directions to late checkout accommodation. Ms. Lily especially exemplified the qualities of being a professional in hospitality. I will stay at this hotel again, and I highly recommend the place. Thank you, Beijing Hotel Nuo Forbidden City.

I was having ankle injury right before my trip so my husband message the hotel asking if there is wheelchair service for rent, Aref the manager is very prompt in responding to our inquiry and confirm that the hotel is able to lend us the wheelchair FOC. That’s really a great news so I can proceed with my trip, without the wheelchair I might cancel the trip. I really appreciate this extra service given by hotel. I was able to visit forbidden city and tiannanmen square with the wheelchair, it really enlightened my trip. The hotel also very close to Wangfujing MTR C2 exist. We travelled in a family of 6 person so we have booked 2 rooms. We are happy with the spacious room. It would be my 1st choice if I return for vacation in the future.

We stayed 5 days in the Heritage king room. Unfortunately the hotel did not recognize the benefits that we are entitled to at Expedia as a Gold member. The room we were given, towards the main avenue, was not impervious to noise, which interfered with the late night hours as well.

The staff was very accommodating, they were appreciative of our visit. The room was fantastic. Well appointed, very clean. The soap and shampoo is phenomenal. Very close to Tienanmen Square.

"Great hotel, customer service and location"

Great hotel, great customer service and great location My only issue was that the room was like a sauna and the air con would not produce cold air, apparently because it was autumn but I dont understand that, it should either work or not
