Hilton Grand Vacations Club Palm Desert

Room had a musty smell that lingered the entire time. AC stoped working though a quick response to fix it. Bathroom was dirty when we first got there. Pool situation was pretty sad, very small.

The property was clean / spotless, kitchens well-equipped, facilities excellent. Best of all - the staff. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive. On our first night we got a late call from the front desk to tell us our car lights had been left on. They saved our battery running down and a lot of hassle the next day.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Everything.

Easy checkin, friendly staff, close to Ralph’s market and Starbucks, awesome short weekend stay.

Have been coming here periodically since 2004 though with Covid missed two years. Over the years we have always enjoyed our time here. This year we had a few bumps in the road (didn't get the bldg we wanted and were told we would; contended with more grime and bugs in the adult pool; and found grounds maintenance working to resolve being overgrown). Unsure if owners are a priority or paying guests are!

Beautiful, clean, family friendly and conveniences of all sorts. Games, movies, outdoor fun within walking distance inside the property. Pool just outside our room. Seating area on porch with fireplace. The amenities are endless. Grocery store and coffee shops down the road less than a minute away. Staff is amazing and friendly. I could not stay anywhere else now that we have experienced this place.

This property has gone downhill. The staff was awful we will not be back.
