Hilton Grand Vacations Club Palm Desert

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Property is beautiful and the accommodations are spacious, comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here and would book again.

Beautiful, roomy accommodations! Everything was very clean. The kitchen was fully appointed. The weather was so hot, we didn’t want to use the adult pool, as the water was hot, but not the resort’s fault. Staff were very polite and helpful. It is basically across the street from the JW Marriott. The rooms at Embarc were soooo much nicer, cleaner and 1/2 the price. I look forward to returning in a better season so we can use the amenities.

We have been members at Embarc (previously IntraWest) since 1999 and the staff and the property never fails to exceed our expectations for a top-quality stay. The staff provides friendly and immediate responses to all of our requests and the grounds are impeccably maintained and the rooms top-notch.

Nice and spacious with kitchen and separate living area. Property appears to be on the newer side. Next to Ralph’s shopping plaza. By the way, why is Expedia asking me if this review is helpful to black, Asian, Latino, LGBTQ groups? Let’s stop with the tribalism and accept that we are all PEOPLE.

We had a great time. While taking a walk around the property we noticed that the back side of the property was neglected. It was dirty, broken pots, lots of webs. I think it’s the part where they used to have timeshare presentations. I also think there should be iced water at pool areas.

Employees are kind and helpful. Customer service is great and the facility is great. Patios are not smoke free. So keep that in mind if you cant be around smokers.

Wonderful experience. Outdoor shower is really awesome. Clean room and love not being crowded or near other rooms. Look forward to visiting again!

We went in late June when the outside temp was 108 or higher. The staff are really attentive and want to please, the pool area was clean, the pool at the right temperature and chairs/towels first rate. The guest room and it's amenities are really good and comfortable and the grounds surrounding the units are desert inspired but with grass strategically places in the rear of the unit to provide a contrast but also highlight the mature plantings surrounding you.

We have stayed in a lot of high end Hotels/Resorts and this was fantastic. Room and private courtyard, outdoor shower were all fantastic. Will only stay here when back in the Palm Desert area.
