Lovely hotel, good facilities. Really enjoyed our pool room with privacy. Hotel location great on the beach, beach bar next door great vibes. The hotel is a little out of playa de muro with not many self catering options locally however, transport links to playa de muro, c'an picafort and Alcudia all work well and value for money. We also travelled to Palma on the bus was very easy

Very good facilities for smaller kids. For example a warmed up swimming pool with several slides. Also very close to the beach.

Just returned from a 7 night stay as a family of 4 (children aged 13 and 8). We had a fantastic stay! ⛳️🏓 There are plenty of sports activites to do - padel, table tennis, crazy golf and aqua fit - to name a few. There are also plenty of cities provided by the entertainment team to join in with. 🍽🥖 We stayed HB and experienced breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant. There was plenty of choice, with a fresh fruit offering at every meal. Everyone in the family ate well which can be a challenge with fussy kids! 🧹🧽 All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. Rooms were also attended to daily by housekeepers. 🏊‍♂️ The are ample pools to choose from and were never overcrowded. Sunbeds are also easy to find at any time of day. 👥 All staff were friendly and helpful from reception to restaurant/bar staff/maintenence staff. Thank you Zafiro Bahia for an experience that allowed us to truly do everything at our pace 💫

We had a wonderful stay. It's a great place for multi generational holidays. There was something for everyone. The food was varied and very fresh. The pools, communal areas and bedrooms were spotless. Amazing staff

This Hotel is extremely tired in all areas. You have to pay €2.50 a day for a safe. Your pool towels you can only change every other day. Your rooms aren’t cleaned everyday. These things matter to me because this is all part of the holiday. I love a fresh pool towel everyday after swimming and using sunscreen. The decking around the pool feels very unsafe. It dips badly in lots of places. This is a 3* Hotel definitely not a 4* What I would like to say the staff on the ground floor are amazing but there isn’t anywhere near enough. In the dinning hall the clearing of plates ect is very limited because there isn’t enough hands. There is 8 of us so you can imagine having a starter then your go to get your main and there’s no room to eat your main because of the pots. We ended up putting our pots on another table which doesn’t leave me feeling great. It just doesn’t feel right to have to do that. The entertainment team are also amazing, they work so hard. Your children will have a great time only Mums and Dads will see the bigger picture. We won’t be returning to this particular Hotel.

Food quality and choice. Staff were helpful and the cleanliness of all areas was excellent.

The beach area near the hotel had a lot of seaweed compared to other parts of the beach. Our bathroom didn't have any extractor fan so it got very humid. The bedroom next to the bathroom was very damp as a result

12th-22nd may - 9 people. & SEN child Our stay was fantastic, the all inc range was brilliant something for everyone. I dont drink & there was plenty of choices for me. Plenty of fun options for Children & the alcoholic drinks (rest of my family) had a huge range to choose from! My eldest has autism & we paid extra for the jacuzzi room as he normally spends the afternoon in his room chilling however...this time he stayed down 9-4! He had so much fun the pools were fantastic he espcially liked the bubble dome bouncy in the pool followed by tbe splash pool, bonus points because they are close by and we got sunbeds in rhe middle of them. (Sunbeds your only allowed to leave for 40mins...so due to our sons needs we asked management if we could keep the same beds and explained about our son and tbis wasnt an issue and they communicated with lifeguards etc!) The beach was lovely we tend to holiday end of sept so the sea is usually warmer however this didn't stop the boys! The staff were amazing constantly going above and beyond & Id like to mention Mark who was in the bars & restaurant he really looked after us for the entire stay helping us with tables at dinner & service was 10/10! There was plenty of choices for food at all 3 stages in the day...we have a fair few fussy eaters in our group but everyone was happy every day & it was rhe first holiday where we didnt eat out! The snack bars range was like a restaurant meal beautiful presentation & quick service all round. Restaurant ar tea time did get busy but we went 7pm every day and a table was always arranged for us. The entertainment again another brilliant part of our stay, it was great to find somewhere where children's started at 8pm not 9pm! Plenty for them to take part in our kids espcially enjoyed the kids quiz! We had photos taken by the photography team (free) with option to buy...a little pricey but it was expected we purchased 2 digital prints..staff again wete super understanding about our son and his needs and they were very patient. Rooms where a brilliant size for us as a family of 4 and my parents etc were all happy with their rooms. Towels for sunbeds/beach are included which qas a huge help! Area itself is quiet but again we didnt get bored on the last night (we held off on this for our son) there is funworld about a 35 min walk or 6min taxi and its €11 for an hour the kids had a blast! Another day we went to alcudia old town and alcudia again only around €25 for 2 taxis to both places. There are shops are restaurants within a couple of steps, all well stocked! There was a little pony experience just by the hotel which our kids loved €8 for 5 laps from 4pm! We would definitely return & use the zafiro chain again! ( be aware they take the tax at the end of the stay!) Gutted to be home from such a brilliant place!

Really liked the location and the food. Variety of food each day was amazing. Hotel rooms- top! The bed sooo big, we had enough space (3 people). A lot activity for children.
