Hotel RH Princesa

This hotel is the best , I can’t say a bad word about anything here , fab for kids always something going on for them . entertainment is brill . Food has something for everyone. Short walk either way to old and new town . Clean, lovely staff . Have stayed 3 times now and will be back

Disappointed with the hotel, I was here 2 years ago & had a great time, this time I’m not impressed, the food was terrible, look warm food, hard potatoes, veg etc, 4 star hotel with a microwave to heat your food,didn’t eat much, toast & jam at breakfast, missed lunch & dinner a few days,the entertainment was a let down, same every night,I was here with my 85 year old dad & payed a lot of money for the holiday,room cleaning was good, air con didn’t work in my room,we were half board & payed extra for full board,big let down.

An amazing stay @ the RH Princessa. Just returned from 7 nights. My son and I had the best time. All the staff in this hotel are friendly, cheery and happy to help. Special shoutout to the kids animation team who work very hard to help look after the children. The food was the best of my hotel stays, usually hotel food isn’t much to report of, however I would recommend this hotel for the food alone. A right amount of choice of hot foods, and good selection to choose from, nicely set up salad bar, and desert area. Also there was show cooking every night and delicious meats to choose from. Breakfast was a personal favourite. The pool areas were great too, lovely big main pool and jacuzzi, and round the back a splash park for the children and a couple of slides for children and adults. There is a large play area round the back of the hotel for children- mini golf, a soft-play zone, bouncy castle, trampolines, football pitch, basketball zone, and go karts - all free and included in your stay. There is a kids club at night which my son enjoyed too. Lots of resources to keep the children busy. There was safe system in place for the children. The evening entertainment was what you’d expect in hotels - we enjoyed it. The location is ideal. It’s a short walk to Levantine beach and old town and about a ten minute walk to the new town/strip. There is local supermarkets and lots of bars and restaurants near by. The people within the hotel also on holiday were all so friendly. My son made lots of new pals and this made his stay more enjoyable. It was nice to spend time with friendly faces you me around the pool. Would definitely recommend a stay here. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you to you all.

A Brilliant Hotel, very good value for money. We have visited RH PRINCESA three years on the trot for 4-6 weeks as we love it. The service is second to none, reception good, entertainment- two different act every night about 8.30 & 10.0pm good too. The restaurant and food is excellent for breakfast and evening meal, which is buffet style there is so much to choose from you are spoilt for choice. The waiters/waitresses are very pleasant, friendly and quick, particularly Victor who was always smiling and very helpful. My cleaning lady was very thorough and polite and always asked if there was anything I needed. There is also an outdoor pool and two indoor pool/jacuzzi and a spar. The hotel is central, not far from the old town where the tapas bars are, Levante beach where some of the young people like and Poniente beach which has a very nice long attractive shaped promenade. Both beaches have Keep fit/ dancing exercises on them. There is also a library & chess playing etc on them. I definitely would return. Thanks to all the staff. 😊

On arrival the hotel is beautiful, very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was really quick and safes are available with a €10 deposit which is returned at the end of the stay. Would like to thank the staff for making my partners birthday that little bit more special by sending a bottle of champagne to the room. Such a lovely gesture. Room has everything you need, cleaned everyday, shower and bath with a great water flow. Tv has YouTube, netflix and a mixture of Spanish and English channels. Really happy with everything within the room. Breakfast was beautiful plenty to choose from I would say the breakfast is better than dinner in my opinion, there is alot of choice however me and my family are pretty fussy but we managed to eat something. Entertainment is okay for adults great singers however if small children there wasnt alot during the week for them can only spend so many days in the games room, i think this is because of the time of year we arrived, however mini club made up for this over the weekend. Melody I think the lady is called she was amazing with my children and they loved spending time in the kids club so thank you so much. Also there is access for children in the warm swimming pool and jacuzzi everyday from 4-7 which is also great for the kids. Fab location for a lovely chilled holiday. Nice hotel in a good location for the Old Town. Slight incline to get to the hotel. Our drop off/pick up point was the Hotel Poiseidon. We had a nice room with a pool view. Prices at the bar were fair. Food was good and you will probably find something you like but I don't think you will be blown away. Staff were lovely.

This hotel is made by it's staff who are wonderful. We went for a month, all inclusive and had a good time. We had booked a superior room had daily room service - beds made, floor dry moped and wet wiped with clean towels every day. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly, fun and attentive and it was clear that many had been there for many years, and the food was very good. The outdoor pool isn't heated but there is an indoor pool that you can use for an hour each day, free of charge. That is any hour of your choice and hats must be worn. 7 euros gives you entry to the gym, sauna and steam room and I assume an unlimited swim time , but I am not certain of that. In hind sight, for a month, you really do need a choice of bars and restaurants as it does become a little monotonous, but this does not detract in any way from the quality of the food or the service. The hotel runs a dual all inclusive system: silver; local drinks only, gold; all brand names. We were not aware of this when we booked and I had specifically asked if it was a local or branded drinks package and was told that it wasn't stated. We had silver and it was quite limited. You can upgrade for 8 euros per day but we chose to go out some evenings to local bars instead. Just be aware.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights. the room was clean, a decent size and the domestic staff were very good. On check in we were asked if we wanted a high middle of low room. My husband doesn’t like heights so he chose the first floor. This was quite noisy in the evening as we were above the entertainment but it was our own fault for choosing the first floor. Unfortunately the weather was rubbish when we were there so we didn’t get to sample the outside pool or even sit on the balcony. The food was OK, nothing special and as previous comments there wasn’t many vegetarian choices. The salad bar was very good but vegetarian food is more a than salad and pasta in a tomato sauce. Hotel is conveniently placed between the old and new town and there is a convenience store. Transfer drops you off round the corner (literally 200 meters at most) I would stay again.

We only stayed overnight the hotel was busy but everything was nice and tidy and clean the staff were very attentive. Check in and check out very swift.
