Wspaniały hotel w wspaniałym miejscu. Hotel czysty, posiłki przepyszne, codziennie wieczorem organizowane różne imprezy hotelowe. Miejsce doskonałe do wypadów w różne części wyspy :)

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en el hotel, la primera vez que me quedé ya puse una critica debido a que la cocina del apartamento tenía hormigas. Me he vuelto a quedar otra vez (obligada) porque cuando fuí a hacer la reserva todos los hoteles de los alrededores estaban completos y no me quedó otra que volver a coger este. Antes que nada decir que la reserva no les aparecía, estuvimos como 1 hora completa para hacer el check-in un grave error por parte de expedia aún así la recepcionista teniendo una paciencia increible nos lo solucionó dandonos una habitación. Una vez subimos a la habitación nos encontramos dos cubatas en la cocina, osea que la habitación no estaba limpia. Otra vez a quejarnos y nos cambiaron la habitación de nuevo. En la segunda habitación que nos dieron mi gran sorpresa fué que al día siguiente cuando fuimos a desayunar nos encontramos una cucachara en el cajón de los cubiertos. Ha sido todo un desastre, yo tuve que volver a reservar pq no encontraba nada por los alrededores, pero es un hotel que no se lo aconsejo a nadie. Esta viejo, sucio, y para rematar las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado. De lo único que no tengo quejas es de la amabilidad tanto de las recepcionistas como del personal de restauración.

Pleasant hotel with wonderful staff that were serviceminded, friendly and always helping. The wifi was very poor and is of charge for everyone.

Hotel sencillo, camas grandes y comodas. Comida básica pero lo mejor es que el personal te hace sentir como en casa.

Lamento no poder dar mi opinión sobre las instalaciones, he estado un solo día alojada y de trabajo.

Premetto che abbiamo scelto questo albergo per la posizione centrale nell'isola e per il prezzo concorrenziale.Abbiamo pernottato dal 23/4 al 1/5 2016. L'hotel Castillo San Jorge è molto vicino all'aeroporto 12 minuti in auto. Arrivati non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a trovare parcheggio di fronte all'albergo.Il check in è stato velocissimo e la signorina Marisa è stata veramente gentile e prodiga di suggerimenti. Avevamo prenotato una camera senza vista sul mare e invece ci è stata assegnata la 1210 con vista parziale grande e silenziosa.L'albergo è bello e pulito,il personale è estremamente gentile e cordiale.La colazione comprende sia dolce che salato,ottimi frullati fatti al momento e un cappuccino che fa invidia ai migliori bar. A cena abbiamo sempre trovato cibi gradevoli,basta scegliere e il costo delle bevande è veramente basso. Wi-fi gratuito nella hall. Bella spiaggia di sabbia nelle vicinanze e paesino tranquillo per poter fare belle passeggiate.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at going to fuertuventura. The staff were excellent from the waiters and waitresses to the animation and activities team. The staff were attentive and got to know your preferences and likes so over the 10 days they knew what you would like and provided this for you without asking. The animation staff (activities) were vibrant and tried to involve everyone, regardless of age. The entertainment in the evening was ok but you could tell the staff and put as much effort in as they could. I have been to all inclusive hotels before and you can normally tell they do not put much effort into the food. This is not the case at this hotel. The food quality was excellent and they offered wide variety of food all at a high quality. For the value of the price combined with the excellent food service I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was good. The bed was perfect and was a Super king which was a great size to have in a warm country, The room was kept clean throughout our stay but the coffee and tea were not replaced at all during our stay. The fact it was all inclusive meant this wasn't a huge issue but it would have been nice. The one downside was that there was no air con in the room. For us this didn't make too much of a difference as it was January and with the balcony door open it cooled the room. This might be a slight issue in summer. Overall we had an excellent stay.
