Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh/Crabtree Valley

My room nnext to the elevator was buzzzz, buzzzz, every time someone used the elevator.

kitchen had 1 pot and 1 pan sized to cook a single egg cooking or storage bowls and only tiny dessert plates. Could improve cookware.

Good stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Building could use some attention, old and weathered outside and inside.

Floors stains carpets needed cleaning room walls stains lack of towels no room cleaning at all

There were a few things in the room that needed to be repaired like the shower curtain rod was loose causing the water to leak past curtain on floor, light was out in fridge, and cable went out for about 9 hours on the last day of our 3 night stay, but Candice at the front desk made us feel welcome and completely comfortable. She was amazing

This hotel was very run down The walls were busted up and fixed poorly Sticky gum all over the carpet Cobwebs in every corner

The Homewood Suites by Hilton at Crabtree Valley Raleigh, NC does not deserve the number 1 as a rating. It is in the negative. We recently stayed there two nights. The elevators have been under repair since March 25 according to another review. One elevator was working. The button was extended out of place on a piece of wood, the hotel was filthy everywhere we went(from the lobby, hallways, elevator, basement work out room, and rooms. Rugs were filthy and thread bare in spots. Shower curtains were hanging by threads. Cleaning service is every other day so our room was neglected. Blanket on bed was filthy. We had to make two visits to hotel desk to get towels on second day and coffee replacement envelopes. On the second night a cockroach was in our room. No sleep that night.

Family of 3 stayed here for our sons baseball tournament. We arrived at 1130pm on Friday after a 6 hr drive (after school and work). We have a 10am game and planned to get our 11yo to bed right away.This is not on bar with other Homewood suites. we always request room away from the elevator due to noise however this room was near the elevator and the construction of the room caused the room to have a weird angle. Due to the angle of room and placement of furniture we couldn't open the sofa bed for our son. We requested another room they claimed they were completely booked. WE had to rearrange the furniture to open the sofa bed. There was a mattress cover already present but no linen in the room for the pull and only 2 towel and 2 WC for 3 people. My husband goes downstairs for linen and he was told due her being the only one on duty she could not leave the front desk. After going back and forth for 15minutes and redusing to accpet no as am answer he receives linen and at this.poinr it is 1230am. Thankfully we travel with a very thick mattress cover because the mattress is very thin and old. The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and bouncy. The toilet was loud and water needed to be turned off over night. Carpet are snagged and ceiling fan was too loud to use at night. We looked for another room but with a tournament at 10am and checkout at 11 we unfortunately need to suck it up. I do not recommend. Hilton do better.

Nice and Quiet

My ice maker didn’t work and kitchen sink wouldn’t drain, the garbage disposal was not working. It was hot in my room no matter how low I turned the ac down.
