Super 8 by Wyndham Butler

Hotel cancelled our rooms without notifying us. We were in trouble with small kids and family at late night without place to stay. Very poor service by hotel.ca and no comments for the super 8 vey very unhygienic place.

No housekeeping, would not let me check in.

This hotel looked like a closed location. We booked room and paid 9 days in advance. When we arrived they didn’t have a room for us.We requested a non-smoking room and said they had 1 smoking room. Bed had only flat sheet and a bedspread with 6 burn holes in it. Holes in the carpet and bathroom floors. A/C didn’t work and No toilet paper in the bathroom. Smelled like weed. Very dirty hotel!!

Bedsheets and pillows had cigarette holes in them, the lights did not work, the carpet was distgustingly dirty, no toilet tissue in the bathroom, and mold on the shower curtains and tub. I'm certain there were more issues, however, that was everything I noticed upon a quick sweep of the room. My family and I did not stay. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

This hotel was very dirty. Carpets disgusting, cigarette burn in the comforter and the sheets ac had mold other visitors loud pot smell was horrible

That place is filthy fridge and air conditioner didn’t work cigarette holes in carpet and comforter tub didn’t drain very well

When I first arrived, was told they had no rooms, even with reservations. After I pointed out my reservation, they again, told me they had not cleaned the rooms. After about 15 minutes, they found a clean room. The desk clerk was no help, and could only tell me to go somewhere else. The room had no emergency lighting, one electrical socket was burnt. No soap, 2 facecloths and 1 towel. AVOID THIS MOTEL.

So horrible I didn’t even stay. Found another hotel just down the road. Apparently it’s a common thing.

The rooms that I had were dirty with toenail and fingernail clippings, there was black mold on the walls, and the one bed had bed bugs crawling thru it.
