I booked a Queen sized bed, non smoking and got 2 double beds and the room wreaked of smoker. Very disappointed.

It was absolutely terrible filthy room smelled musty just disgusting

Dirtiest hotel i have ever seen.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy it was dirty and bed bugs I didn’t stay

It was okay

There was a reservation for 2 nights for a non smoking bed. When they checked in the first night they had nothing left but stinky and absolutely disgusting rooms. My friend is allergic to any kind of smoke and had a very bad experience with the hotel room. The clerk stated that they may have a room or two that they could look at and when they were on the third floor and no elevator his wife is not able to get up there. These are a couple who are in their mid 60’s. They found a room that was not very clean but by this time they had no other choice. When they got up in the morning after not sleeping well the breakfast was less than desirable and went to a donut shop for breakfast. They took most of their things with them leaving only a few thing in the room for the feeling it wasn’t safe. After a long day out they went to go into their room and heard someone in there. He knocked on the door instead of just opening it for fear of who might be in there and afraid of someone coming in. THE HOTEL RENTED OUR ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE WHILE WE WERE OUT FOR THE DAY. finally by 1:30am they had to drive 4 1/2 hours back home to NY arriving at 6:00am because all the hotels were booked up for the Bantam show. The clerk said she wouldn’t refund any money for the hotel rooms that were reserved back in February. I want to know who I can call to get the refund back because this was just the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with any hotel ever!!

We had attended a wedding and got to the hotel around 10:00 pm. The room we were given first was filthy. Bed not made, trash on floor, black inside toilet and wet, dirty laundry in bathtub. I asked for another room and was given one. It was slightly better. Torn furniture, not clean, another black toilet. My son and daughter-in-law's room had burn holes in the bedspread and one used towel. They went home and didn't stay. We took their room as it was the best of the three. So we ended up paying for 2 awful rooms and only using one. Please take this place off of your list of possible places to stay. I've never seen anything like it.

Everything was dirty, mold in the mini fridge, stained chairs and carpet. Cigarette burns in carpet and bedding. Too much to talk about!

Comforters had several burn marks, recliner was old, faded and ripped, chunks of wood missing from the dresser, two small pillows on a king size bed, side door to the building was propped open all night long so anyone could come in the building, hallways were filthy. Was there with two other couple who were supposed to stay the night, one went to their assigned room and it was used and not even clean. Other couple took one look and just said we are not staying in this dump and drove home instead of staying the night
