Bed bugs nothing else needs to be said

I have stayed in Super 8 Motels in the past years and had no issues. However, this particular Super 8 Motel at Butler was very disappointing for my family. When checked in, we were first provided room no.113 on ground floor. Upon entering the room, we found the carpet in the room was in terrible condition, the linen on beds had all holes, the bathroom floor had some red stains on the floor and bathroom tub had lots of hair in it. Also, the room was smelling terrible. We asked for another room and were provided room#210. While this room appeared better than previous room, we discovered soon that the room contained bed bugs all over. Also, there were small cockroaches and other bugs in the room. Because we were told that there were no more free rooms available, we had to stick to this room as we had paid our money ahead of time. Another very disappointing aspect with our booking was that when I booked the motel room it included breakfast but my family was informed that there is no breakfast. We really got ripped off our money and truly think that our money paid for this motel booking be re-imbursed back for all the hardships we faced as mentioned above. I think some authority should evaluate this motel to review and investigate what I have mentioned above. Thank you.

I just wanted a nice place where we could relax after a long day, get a good night's sleep, clean-up in the morning and then move on with our next day's activities. This place just had me wanting to move on, and fast..

I was not expecting a lot for the price but 2 beds would have been nice. Blankets without cigarette burns. Roach on the coffee pot. The few looked shady

It was gross. Smelled of mildew. There was roaches. Heard people going in and out. And walking above us. They didn't have anything for the free breakfast and every snack machine was out of order. One towel. For 2 people.. bed cover had burn holes in it..staff was not friendly

This hotel has a great location just outside Butler Pa, the property has a lot not to like smells like smoke, the room was in disrepair with plaster falling, duct tape holding up bathroom fixtures and cigarette burns on carpet and bedspread.

carpeting was worn, it was apparent that maintenance is not high on the priority list. Weeds and other growth on the outside of the building. the inside was in desperate need of updating. the room needed furniture from this century. the box springs and mattress gave the appearance of being from the local trash pick-up. then there were the gnats coming through the gaps in the windows. then we had bed bugs, and the foul smell from the carpet in the room. we had to good to a store and purchase insect spray and air freshener to kill the bed bugs and gnats, and make the room smell better.

Went to check in and was told that I didn’t have a room. I was left with nowhere to stay that night after working a 16 hr day day and being mandated in again the next morning. It was the only hotel in the area that showed having a room available so I booked it. However, I guess that was not the case. I was charged but ended up sleeping in my Jeep.

Don’t stay here unless you’re very very desperate because it’s dirty and it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in no lies save your money spend a few extra or somewhere else. I was in the non smoking room. It stunk like cigarettes up and down all the hallways.
