Super 8 by Wyndham Butler

There was urine and tp in the toilet that I had to flush when I checked in around 10 PM and the room smelled or urine due to the unflushed urine. The next morning there was a person yelling at a front desk person using the master key to open the door to their room around 7:15 AM waking them up. They only had coffee, no breakfast like advertised. Do not stay here.

When I got there at 1:00 a.m. to check in on 6/23/23, the night man informed me there was no reservation in my name. After about 15 minutes we found my reservation and the day person had rented it out to somebody else that wasn't even close to my name. I do want to point out that this man was very helpful in getting me in a room. He even helped carry my stuff to the new room that I got. All the drink machines were broke and I take it they'd been broke for a while because he said he had to bring water to work. As far as the room it was horrible dirty carpet cigarette Burns on the comforter in the bathroom sink plugged up after you let it run for about 2 minutes and the r rocking chair that was in there was ripped and torn!! In fact I checked out a day early and will never use this Motel again!

I did not stay at the hotel and I'm very happy I didn't. As I pulled up to the hotel I let out a gasp, it was horrible, raggedy and old with an unfortunate homeless family sitting on the front porch with their dog. I drove around the backside of the hotel to get a better feel for the place and there were large pieces of bread out back as if to feed a large rat family. I parked took a deep breath and went inside where I was rudely met with an attendant who said "we don't have any rooms." I told her I had a reservation and gave the number saying the room was already paid for. She said they had no rooms and I would get my money back in 24 hours. Because I booked through hotels.com that hasn't happened. I'm requesting my money back promptly! It is NOT true the room is guaranteed, this time I'm glad!! I'm sorry we got out of there so quickly we didn't take any pictures.

I booked a hotel 5 days before having to make a 9 hour drive to the hotel. Neither Expedia nor Super 8 told me that my reservation was canceled, no text, call, or email letting me know. It wasn’t until I was already 4 hours in out of a 9 hour drive that I called the hotel (called the night before too and they said I was good to go) to let them know I would be checking in a few hours later and they said that they were sorry but my room for two nights was no longer available. I had no extra money for another room and I was traveling by myself

Booked on Hotels. Com, got itinerary number, got confirmation email, then.... upon check-in was informed they had no rooms available. And to request a refund.

They cancelled my reservation themselves and never got ahold of me till I was there and was stuck without room etc . Front desk lady rude and unsympathetic

We arrived at 11;30 pm and they gave away our reservation! Staff was rude and unconcerned about the challenge they had put us in. Unwilling to contact another property or lift a finger to be considerate. Website listed 5 rooms available. They blamed corporate for not checking with the property. Sounds fishy to me!! Required an hour to find another room and then a 30 minute drive. Hotels.com were helpful and considerate when we called for help.

They had resold our rooms. We could not check in.

When i arrived i was not given a room even though i had prepaid. They had no rooms
