Super 8 by Wyndham Butler

Couldn’t tell you much about the property because our room was cancelled when I tried to check in. They said all reservations were cancelled.

Watch out for Stacy! She will give her boyfriend access to your room in order to steal items from your bags. The police know the place is a drugden and warn people to avoid the place, so take their advice and go literally anywhere else.

The dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. The actual lights didn’t work in the room blanket had cigarette burns in them, it didn’t look cleaned at all there was stuff behind the tables and under the chairs overall disgusting wouldn’t recommend it or stay ever again

Stinky, dirty, insects, toilet wasn't flushed, curtains ripped and torn, just horrible! Hallway and stairs looked like they never were clean. No breakfast available. I will never stay at a Super 8 again!

We checked into our hotel and when we walked into our room we saw some bed bugs on the bed so we checked out right away. The hotel is very run down and dirty. We got a non-smoking room and there were still cigarette Burns on the sheets and comforter.

This is the most run down place I’ve ever seen. Dark, dingy, smells like marijuana, and that’s just the hallway. Upon entering the room, there’s multiple cigarette burns in the comforters and they look like Swiss cheese. The bathroom was probably cleaned in the last millennium. You clearly get what you pay for so I’m not that irritated. This is a place to sleep. That’s it. If you’re considering staying here and have any standards at all that are above bed and a roof, keep going honey, this isn’t for you.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Wyndham should remove their name from this franchise. From the parking lot to the rooms the place was dark, dingy and the most obnoxious odor!

This is franchise owned and very poorly managed to say the least!!!!!! Housekeeping doesn't show up for work half the time. Last stay I had to wait for a clean room for over an hour and then got double charged!!!!!!! This stay was even worse: Got to room and bed wasn't made. Comforter full of cigarette holes left on floor. Had to make the bed myself since no housekeeping showed up for work!!!!!!! Light bulb missing in lamp!!!! Cigarette holes burnt in dirty chair. Outdated furniture. Very dirty. Air conditioner did not work. I had to beg for clean towels and wait hours since they weren't washed. Absolutely horrendous. Horrible management!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is dirty! I would never recommend any one stay here ever This is the type of place you are afraid to take your shoes off! Not to mention the stained sink with paint all over it! Pulled out the night stand to plug something in and it proved just how filthy this place is. Stains all over the floors, sticky to the point you were afraid you'd walk out if your shoe

I'll start with this property cancelling my reservation the day before arrival, claiming overbooking and rooms were cancelled at random. Another in our group had his reservation cancelled the day of arrival, same explanation. Funny coincidence, considering both of us did not prepay for our room, and others in our group, who booked AFTER we did, but did prepay, kept their reservations. We ended up staying with others in our group, but still. Add to this both vending machines out of order, smoke smells in non smoking rooms, not near enough towels for the persons in the room. I could go on, but you get the point. As I said in the title, find another property in Butler, even if you prepay.
