I hated my stay it was the worst place I have ever stayed I will not come back here the beds were not clean no towels holes in blankets it was just dirty

Awful place

The absolute worst! Booked two rooms online. When we arrived, the place looked run down. When we got our two rooms, they smelled like cigarette smoke and vomit. I told the front desk that I had requested non-smoking rooms - he says, "oh you can smoke, just take down the alarm". There were no lamp shades on the lamps. Half the lights didn't work. There were adjoining doors to the next room that had minimal locking capabilities. People were arguing, the "neighbors" pit bull came wandering into our room while the door was open to let some of the stench out. The front desk clerk was playing war games on his phone and eating chocolate bon bons by the handful while checking us in. Needless to say, we didn't stay. Did NOT feel safe in any way. Fortunately, we were refunded our money but had to get back on the road to find another place to stay late at night.

Deplorable location.

Deplorable conditions. Black mold, brown mold, filthy floors, filthy bedding, smelled of weed, inoperable lighting and air conditioning.

I booked and paid for my room online got to the hotel and the man told me they were sold out because he turned around and sold my room to someone else after telling me he had no rooms available he tells me he can put me in a double bed room I agree but instead of the double bed he puts me a handicap room that has no pillows shower doesn't work and the heat did not work

My group checked into room 264 and, right off the bat, we smelled pot and noticed that the light for the main living space didn’t work. We checked the bathroom and the ceiling was covered with black mold. We uncovered the mattresses and observed mold too. We told the receptionist of this and she checked us into room 276, which was no worse than room 264. Its main light didn’t work as well. I unzipped the mattress protector for one bed and noticed a dead roach. The fire alarm was ripped off and we can smell old cigarette smoke that stuck to this place. We flipped the table and observed mold. There were cracks in the ceiling. Both rooms were not cleaned at all; the floors are filthy. The rooms are filthy in general. Our group has one kid and this place is no place for a kid to stay at. I’m advising you to avoid booking here at all. People are living in this motel.

This is a garage place. Please avoid them. I had reservation 4 months ahead (paid already) with them on April 6 2024 to run the coast guard Marathon. When I showed up to check in, they simply said we are sold out. There is no room available. They just said we are sorry. We can refund your money. Of course I couldn’t find anything around because it is the night before the marathon. That just ruined your day and mood especially right before a big race for me the next day.

Nothing, from check-in to leaving the next morning I couldn't wait to get out of that place.

A check-in clerk that wasn't buried in his phone.....he didn't even tell us our room number,we had to ask for it

Refrigerator dirty!! Room smelled like smoke, there were roaches not all the power worked
