My experience was not great at all. Amongst entering my room other people were blasting music and being loud . When me and my children got in the room we were met at the door by roaches. The tv didn’t work on any channel and we had to fight a stray cat from getting into our room .! The shower head settings were giving poor pressure or either extreme hard for my son to use .! Overall I think some renovations need to be done and exterminator needs to be called. And mold was dispersed on the ceiling through the room .!

Have stayed in the hotel several times wothout issue, arrived and room crawling with roaches. Immediately departed, will not return.

Room was updated and comfortable, but exterior was strewn with trash. Expedia problem - indicate pet fees when booking. How about ' pet friendly $'. Expedia could easily fix this, but chooses not to?

No shower curtains. No microwave. No phone. No wi fi. No real breakfast. Flimsy lock on door. To much money for a place that needs new managers

Awful experience, the add said it gave breakfast and that was not true. They took longer to check us in, they weren’t unprepared and the place was dangerous. There was even an incident with a car crash in one of the rooms.

It was dirty, nothing worked properly, the first night I was there someone drove into the building. The front office would not give a refund or do anything

They didn't even have my room reservation available! I booked 6 months or more in advance, and they were looking to charge me more for other available rooms that I didn't request.
