They sold my room that I booked a reservation over a month before my stay and they told me it was first come first serve even though I paid for the room and told me I could take a single bed room for the same price I paid for a double then told me they were not going to refund me until I told them I wasn’t leaving the lobby and told the other people coming in the the staff sucked and were useless and other people started walking out of the door without question

Disgusting!! Bathroom full of mold and room had roaches & flys everywhere. Even though booked through Hotels com they wanted to charge $60 more!! Room smelt horrible!!

I had a horrible stay. 3 young people at the desk that act as if they did not know what they were doing. As I entered my room the hotel was filled with roaches. I tried to ignore but it was bad. The lights did not work in the bathroom. and I reported it and no one came to check or change. The hotel had dogs and childrent that were so loud that kept me from resting. The neighbors were fighting. My esperince was not good. I HAD TO USE MY CELL PHONE JUST TO GET BATH AND GET DRESSED. I FEEL I WASTED MY MONEY AND I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We tried to check in at 830 pm, the room was given to someone else and they had no other rooms available. I requested a refund and got the run around. No refund was given. I believe they are running a bait and switch scam. Be careful.

I saw 2 small roaches crawling out of the bathroom during my stay.

The employees were very nice. Nothing about the property it self!

The room was dirty, disgusting, mold on ceiling and frig. Dirt on carpets and marker drawings on back or door, walls, bed headboard. Hair in the tub when we walked in. Lights didn't work. The others staying in adjacent rooms were loud and up all night. We were nervous that our truck was going to be broken into or stolen. The parking lot was covered in trash and the dumpster was overflowing with a smell that carried to our room. We would have found another place to stay had we not checking in, beyond tired and the funds withdrawn from account before hand.

Bathroom (toilet) was not cleaned and sink cabinet was not wiped down. Luckily I had Lylcol wipes and cleaned them myself. Shower water was a straight stream and hard to rinse off. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths, only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel on room. No towel to stand on once out of Shower either and trash not dumped and plate with food was in trash....Toilet paper low and the paper the roll was on, was in hole behind the partial roll...
