Night staff was kind.

The pull-out couch was broken and there were no extra blankets or pillows available. The bed covers were stained, and the bathroom was not very clean. The toilet paper roll was almost empty, and we had to go downstairs to request more — and even then, staff did not seem happy to assist. Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly prepared. The TV barely worked and only seemed to get Disney Jr., which was disappointing.

Bathroom was not great

Nothing. The rooms were filthy and outdated. We left for a hotel next door about an hour after we checked in.

The rooms were awful. Looks as if they haven't been touched in years. Mold/mildew was on the lampshades, stains on the walls and on the box spring for the bed. We left shortly after checking in.
