It was cheap

It's falling apart

We normally never complain but the Room was very dirty. Stained sheets/comforter. Bath floor not mopped, pee spots. Lampshades broken, walls dirty, bathtub drain all corroded…we didn't even take showers. Overall the room was very outdated for the price. The front desk gave us $50 off the bill, but we would like a full refund.

Breakfast was not used

There were no locks on main doors. Employees smoke at the back door and smoke drifts into the facility. Parking lot confrontation with a passenger in another vehicle who began asking me about my truck. Could have been innocent but seemed like they were casing the joint and eyeballing my truck.

Property was rundown.

The breakfast was just right and when I had a problem with my room the staff moved me immediately I really think the rooms could use a Fresh coat of paint it made the rooms feel really old and a little bit dirty with the walls being so dirty

Only the fact that I went to lay down and there was a bed bug in my bed and I don't like that the walls were so dirty and old looking the room is comfortable but it could use a Fresh coat of paint and both the rooms I was in
