The Bathroom was missing a vent cover above the toilet and the deadbolt did not lock

Our son’s room had a carpet beetle larvae. Our toilet seat was loose. Carpet looked old and dirty.

Staff was excellent! Our first room had issues with the door not locking so we were immediately moved to a suite. Bed very clean and comfortable. Stay was restful and quiet.

Building in definite need of maintenance, very run down and outdated

Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 5:30 I was down at 5:50 and there was not a single thing put out. The room was dirty and someone's hair/ball clippers we're left in the bathroom with hair all over the place. The lady at the front desk wouldn't even come out of the little office so I never got to see her when I checked out. She was ignorant and rude when I asked about breakfast and told me just to leave my keys on the desk.

The water pressure was too low to flush the toilet or take a shower. The AC racket was too loud to be in the room at the same time. Turning it off didn't help. Had to trip the breaker on the plug. I knew $100/night wouldn't be the 4 seasons, but this was like camping.

Let us into the rooms early, the beds were very comfortable.

Broken fixtures. Heck the Chanel changer has white paper and tape on it. TV sucked. Shower head was messed up. Wont be going back.
