Excellent weekend stay. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you to Mark & Zuahi.or their wonderful service.

No towels soap or coffee had to go get them the shower was very hard to operate carpet was dirty

Soft beds, big room

The washing machine, ice machine, and hot tub was not working. We stayed two days and the first night the swimming pool was closed. The whole purpose of booking this hotel was the hot tub and the swimming pool.

The Manager Mark Peterson went above and beyond. Anytime I had an issue, he immediately fixed the problem.

The place was very dirty, especially my room and my parents room. My elderly parents were put in a handicapped room where the bathroom floor was cracked and the floor was a little caved in. The floors are ceramic tiles. There bathroom floor had hair on it in several places.

Nice room

No hot breakfast because of staffing. Understandable, given the circumstance but it seems like they could've had a Plan B

Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious

Food and coffee was great. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Dust webs hanging from the curtains. Stains or something spilled on curtain. Same piece of paper trash in hallway both days we were there. Adjoining doors let marijuana smell into our room multiple times from the adjoining room. And their you g children that was also in there with them kept opening their adjoining door trying to get into our room. Luckily we kept our door locked but still was unpleasant. Also went for a relaxing couple days and once we got there we saw the pool was down. That was very disappointing and which guests knew ahead of time bc I would have booked elsewhere.
