The service was good.

Shower had no pressure AND wate4 softener Couldnt washb way soap. Noisy on both sides. Breakfast was bad. Wifi slow. Next to nothing in this town. Window wouldnt open.

Hot tub was drained, although the pictures online showed a pool and hot tub with water. The housekeeping staff was incredibly loud in the hallway very early in the morning even when I had the "do not disturb" card on my door.

Front desk attendant was very accommodating, we requested a later checkout time because of a hospital appointment and he granted us an extra 3 hours. Very pleasant.

Had a bad smell all over the horel

Neighbors were loud, bed was not the most comfortable, linens on bed smelled dirty (body odor on duvet), the temperature was hard to regulate and loud . This was our last stay with you.

Location and price were great for what I was needing

My 16 year old son was dropped off by a relative and had his key. My daughter was in the room but asleep. He called me to tell me. I left to let him in with my key but cake the hotel 12 times and got no answer. Told my son to talk to the desk. They made him a new key twice and gave him a master key that didn't work. At no time did the staff check on the door. Eventually my daughter woke up. I came back and asked why they didn't answer. He said the phone didn't ring. I called it again and didn't ring. I asked him to call my phone and he said "I don't know how to call on this phone or even use it" and picked up the phone. It never lit up as if it was unplugged. He gave mi solutions to the problem and said just tell my manager tomorrow. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Also, the hotel smells like weed and cigarettes but is smoke free? My son has asthma and usually doesn't use his inhaler but needed it here. I'll never stay again.
