Front Desk employee did not no what he was doing it took about an hour to get a room once he figured out what he was doing have me. Keys to a room that wasn't ready so had to take all my stuff back down to lobby to get keys to another room but instead of helping me he helped 3 other people leaving me standing there waiting so finally got keys to another room and went to get in shower there were no wash cloths and only bath towels to small towels then I got ready to go to bed and there are no dark curtains on window so it's like sleeping in the day light so think they need new management or at least check on the maids that they are doing there job correct and train front desk help better so I would rate this hotel a 0 definitely not recommend it if you are in the area

The manager was very rude … called my belongings trash made me feel bad about myself zero starts to Him but the rest of the team was amazing !

Breakfast was not good.

The location was close to the whitecaps ball diamond so it was walkable to the stadium.

There were many things I didn’t like about the property, the staff was no help when I asked two simple questions about check in when I got there. She simply said I don’t know and never even tried to ask for help to get the answer. There were bins of towels left in the hallway the whole time I was there of my visit. There was someone else’s leftover food left in my fridge when I got there. I’m very certain there was BLACK MOLD on the walls and ceiling in my bathroom of my room- the walls finish was coming off and would fall into the tub if you touched it. They may even have tried to paint over the mold to cover it up, so it looked like. A poor quality paint job too. The bathroom door wouldn’t even open all the way, it would hit the tile floor and stop from opening. And last but not least, the water pressure was awful. I’ve seen better in frat house. Took forever to take a shower, let alone wash your hands in the sink. For $160+ US I paid for the room a night, I want my money back. You’d think for that kind of money, it would have been better.

The toilet ran all night, the carpet and furniture was stained, which makes it feel dirty, the bathroom mirror looked like someone brushed there teeth and splattered and it didn't get washed there was white powder on the tub and floor

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel provided a good clean place to stay. They had several breakfast options provided. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
