The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a small market square with several cafes and restaurants. The city center, with its many shops, is about a 15-20-minute walk away. The dunes are a similar distance away. The hotel offers a good standard and is ideal for a relaxing stay.

We went for 11 nights 4th visit didn't let us down again. We went as a family me my husband and my adult autistic son. He loved the food 😋 always found something (fussy eater) pizza was his favourite they even made him his own in the restaurant which was nice. Room was great two bedroom plenty of room and my son felt comfortable there which is great for us as we had time to ourselves. Thanks Bob for sorting it out 😍. All the staff were fabulous couldn't do enough for us. Gino made it fun even when it was raining 🌧. Entertainment was good .Didn't manage to get to the beach as much weather wasn't the best but when we did we loved it some great bars and places for people watching. Great shops as well. Overall a great hoilday and just booked for April next year says it all.🏖🏝🍻🥂🍹can't wait.

Good location, quiet and very clean hotel. Big room and very spacious shower room. Nice quality toiletries. Big comfy balcony. We liked special space to keep the luggage. It was very convenient. Two big illuminated wardrobes with 20 hangers for clothes. Just perfect. Safe box for free. Polite and helpful staff. Good quality food with a lot of different choice everyday. Water, soft drinks, even local alcohol (beer, red wine, white wine, rose wine and Sangria) in the restaurant are included in the half board package. Highly recommend and if we will come back to Corralejo we definitely choose Zen again 😁

This is a very frendly and comfortable resort. We stayed for 3 night and found that right from the start at check in the staff to be exellent very friendly and very informative. The room are reasonably spacious very clean and the bed was super comfy. The free mini bar was an added bonus too as well as the generous tea and coffee supplied. The main pool area was exellent and there was always activities going on. The buffet restarant was very good there was always a good selection of food on offer and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The location was ok it wasnt in the heart of the resort area but close enough to a good selection of bars and restaurants. The entertainment at the property was better than we have experience at a lot of other properties too. So over all worth every penny and more and we would certainly be looking at coming back here in the futre.

We have just had a weeks stay at this hotel and had a nice holiday. The staff were really lovely and Gino on the entertainment team went out of his way to keep our baby happy during our holiday! The location is great, plenty to do locally with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is around a 10 minute walk away and there is a lovely park across the road from the hotel. We did find the food was luke warm the majority of the time and this was the only thing that let it down for us. The quality of the food was good, it just wasn’t hot enough. It’s also worth noting that the indoor pool has a charge of €15 per person for an hour, we didn’t realise this and had hoped to use it a lot so it’s just worth a mention.

The staff couldnt have been more helpful or friendly, the facilities were spotless and going all inclusive really paid off with plenty of food and drink always on tap. As a vegetarian it would have been nice to have had more options such as meat replacement (quorn, Linda McCartney style veggie sausages, mince, burgers etc). As a couple, we would have appreciated a true king sized or double mattress rather than 2 single beds pushed together - resulting in a crack in the middle that you can potentially fall into...! We were delighted to find out that the smaller of the pools was heated, which made swimming much more enjoyable. It's a bit of a shame the larger pool wasn't also heated as very few, brave souls went in it. Inevitably, the transfers between hotel and airport while convenient did result in getting to the airport mega early (4 hours before flight). Jet2 staff were super helpful though and we would definitely book with them again - the app was informative and had everything we needed all in one place. Overall, a wonderful holiday in an incredible location.

Fabulous superior suite, ground floor, terrace, right next to the pool. Great housekeeping, clean and spacious. Dining area was spotless, good variety and tasty foods. The premium restaurant whilst a limited menu was a quieter vibe and we enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Particular mention to Karen and Samba from hospitalities and Gino and Charles from entertainment. Bob on Reception gave us the best welcome and introduction to a hotel. We enjoyed an hour in the Spa and I had a lovely massage. We just wished the pools had been warm. Many to choose from but all freezing which was a shame. However it was January and the weather hadn't been great, though we felt lucky to get sun daily , albeit with some intermittent clouds and spots of rain. We really enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Was very happy with the hotel and Tui. Food and service were excellent, loads of sunbeds, the spa was brill and entertainment very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Ideal Location, hotel facilities excellent. Rooms very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again.
