Great holiday, 2nd year for us at this place. Great hotel and staff are so friendly. Gino is the main man...he makes the holiday amazing for the kids. If he's there, we will be back for sure!

"Great Place"

10.0

Never been to Fuerteventura before so this would be a new experience. The Tui flight was good, around 4 hours. Fuerteventura airport was absolute chaos; the new EU system is operational but does not work properly. Itโ€™s a passport scan, photograph and fingerprints of your right 4 fingers. The machines kept crashing and not doing what they should. The staff were all good helping and trying but the queues were long as the machines just could not handle it. Lots of people were sent though for normal passport checking which helped but the systems were just not working properly. When eventually got through passport control the suitcases were on the carousel which had stopped so you had to walk around to find them, probably the amount of time it took to get through passport control. On the way back it was almost as bad with the systems crashing and not recognising passport/fingerprints and/or photos, had to register again, the EU needs to get this system sorted ASAP. Coach trip around 40 minutes fine, the island looked good, roads good. First impressions, which were confirmed as the time went on, of the hotel were very good, bright and very clean. Checked in, lots of information given, wristbands which I donโ€™t like but they also contain your room key, neat and worked well. Our room was in the premium block opposite the pool, ground floor with terrace overlooking the pool. Big room and bathroom. Shower gel, shampoo and hand wash all provided in dispensers on the wall. A ledge went the whole length of the walk-in shower, handy for other toiletries. The maid service was also good, asked for extra pillows of the first morning and they were there after coming back from breakfast, room cleaned and supplies topped up every day. The TV was mounted on the wall opposite the beds and had UK channels like BBC, ITV and Channel 4. There is an entertainment room and bar in the same block just behind the corridor but did not hear any noise from it or indeed neighbours both side and above. The Wi-Fi was good all over the parts of the hotel grounds visited. There is lots of artificial grass around the site making it look nice and which was swept every day adding to the clean well-maintained look. It is a short walk to some local cafes, restaurants, and shops plus a bus, number 6 from the roundabout just up from the hotel goes through the main town to the harbour. The same bus goes to the Islands capital Puerto del Rosario. The restaurant is on the other side of the pool from our room, not far. Lots of tables, check in and sit anywhere. The food was very varied, nice salads, pizzas, roasts, stews, vegetables very impressed although have to say at times not piping hot. One thing notable is the pizzas, watch the chef making them, brilliant; oh, they also are great pizzas too, tasty, great crust and good. The staff in the restaurant are also brilliant working together, clearing, cleaning and resetting for the next guests. There was no tip jar in the restaurant so asked and you can give tips, which we certainly did as the staff are worth it, to the restaurant manager, just ask. So, to conclude, itโ€™s a great value for money hotel with good food, great staff, all of the ones I talked to all spoke English, and just perfect. Many thanks to you all.

"Lovely holiday"

10.0

The rooms were quite airy and clean. The food was really good hot and plenty of options. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I don't know about the entertainment as we went out every night. The pools were lovely. The outside space and balconies were of a good size with table and chairs plus sun loungers.

"WONDERFUL CLEAN HOTEL WITH EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY STAFF"

10.0

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in January. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are efficient and friendly. The room, we had a junior suite with a balcony with a pool view, was a wonderful size and the beds were very comfortable. There was a reasonable choice of food at meal times. Drinks were reasonably priced. The hotel is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. We booked this as an Easyjet holiday. The entertainment duo worked their socks off and the entertainment on offer in the evening was good - especially Abricadante! We had no issue with noise at any time. When we first arrived check in was quick and efficient and reception staff were excellent.

"WITH A FEW MINOR IMPROVEMENTS THIS COULD BE A PERFECT HOTEL."

8.0

We had a great time here and would recommend this hotel. In our opinion they have got most things right and with a few minor improvements this hotel would be perfect. Check In - Great and quick. Our grade All Inclusive perfect. Room - 116 - Street View - Slightly basic but this is what we booked and a sun trap in the afternoons until 5.30pm. Cleaning service was good and honestly put or card out quite a days as didn't need room cleaned everyday. We had the same cleaner everyday and very friendly. Food - Could have been warmer and as I have a fish allergy could have been marked better with what each dish was but honestly good choice and all tasted great. Speciality Restaurant - Was good but still a bit of a buffet but on a smaller scale as you still have to get your own starter and desert. The main course and drinks are served to you at the table. Drinks - Wine was nice even the tap one in restaurant and all other drinks very good. Staff - Best serving and waiting staff I have encountered as all very happy and friendly. Pools - All clean and tidy but couldn't use as although daytime temperature was 22c/24c they were freezing cold. We found the atmosphere relaxing. Spa - Our All Inclusive allowed us to use and we did once and sauna and heated Jucuzzi pool were great. Reception. Fantastic - The evening staff member and I would say management managed to help me get my mobile phone back after I stupidly left it in a taxi one night. I certainly wouldn't have got it back if it wasn't for him so even though I thanked him when I was there I personally thank you again as you were brilliant. Entertainment - We found the evening shows good in the late bar. We are not into online quizzes so the early part was not for us. I think the entertainment staff could play better music to get people dancing after the shows as all they played was boom boom music. With most people 40 to 70 years old I would say 70s, 80s & 90s music would do the trick especially after an Elvis tribute. In the early bar connected to the speciality restaurant the had an act every night which were very good. Location. Fantastic - 10/15mins walk to sandy beach - Not to far to Dunes - 15/20minute walk to town centre and music square - 5 minute walk to clock square with supermarket and restaurants. We found the hotel very clean and very easy to get around as only on 2 floors so perfect for the elderly or people with mobility issues. In our opinion with slightly warmer food, maybe an outdoor heated pool and an updated gym as it is a bit poor as with all inclusive I like to work off the calories this hotel would be perfect. Would I stay here again yes definitely.

"awesome holiday"

8.0

Check in was very speedy which is a bonus. We were given our wrist bands but wasn't really advised what we could have with the bronze All Inc such as drinks, we had to fathom that out ourselves by asking and being declined. We didn't know that we had to tap our bands to enter the restaurant and to get drinks. There were times when we got a drink and was met with a pulled face or told to slow down, we are on holiday we can have an extra cocktail or 2, it's not like we were wasted round the pool at 4pm. Every time a drink is ordered it's entered on to a till system so they can keep tabs of what we are drinking, I did feel very monitored, watched and sometimes judged. Me and my partner like to indulge on our holidays, but i did feel like I was being watched. But I do like the tapping the wrist bands to get in and our rooms without losing the key cards so that's a plus. Our room was tidy and clean with a mini fridge under the counter which had 2 bottles of water. We had a kettle but it was directly under the TV which was a bit odd, we had to move the kettle away from the TV in fear of it causing damage. We had a message on the TV on our arrival which was a nice touch. Also the TV does show you some valuable information about the hotel so it's worth a watch. We had a pool view which was nice, but no fault of the hotel one of the other guests wasn't so keen on keeping clothes on when out on their balcony and we got a little more then a pool view on a number of evenings which was a tad awkward. The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion. Most folk take their own but it's a nice touch. I found the bed a little too hard for my liking but they can't cater for everyone. There wasn't a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms which was nice, I've stayed in hotels and all i can hear is the neighbours talking loud and scraping furniture on the floor but in this hotel I didn't hear my neighbours except when out on the balcony. The pool area was kept clean and tidy but i did notice that the sun loungers were taken at 8am and not really used for a few hours later, I was led to believe that if the loungers are not used after a certain time their towels are removed. However there wasn't a shortage of beds, we always managed to get a space. The pools were freezing, if you like to just jump in, be prepared for a shock. There were many a scream when jumping in. It did make me chuckle a little. The food was great, a variety, they cater for many. Breakfast has the normal sausage, eggs, hash browns typical English breakfast, there are cereals, pastries and such a bonus was the giant nutella machine. The toaster just warmed the bread, it didn't toast the bread that well. It was busy around 9:30am and at times folk were waiting for tables. Lunch was a variety again, burgers, hot dogs, chips, pizza, cold meats, i never struggled to get a table at lunch time. Dinner/tea again had a good variety, there is a menu which shows you what is on each serving but there was times when it was super busy and again had to wait for a table. In the restaurant there are wines on tap and beer, soft drinks, water and a coffee machine which is all self service. The pool bar had drinks and snacks in the afternoons burgers chips etc. There was a variety of drinks available but what you can have is down to the package you paid for but you can buy drinks too. The entertainment was pretty good, some better than others. There was acoustic bands playing in the pool bar most evenings, and a cabaret singer who also was the Elvis tribute in the main theatre. There was really some good bands on in there such as the 3 cats and the R&B band. There was also some pretty poor acts but its each to their own. Gino & Charles were great with the entertainment, the quiz and bingo. They were not in your face every day with forced fun, if you said no, they just left you alone. But all in all the entertainment was good. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces and always happy to help you. You can book some trips in the hotel, there's a guy who sits at the desk from 10am to 11:30am (i think) The hotel is in a great location, a shopping centre a few mins walk away. There is a outdoor gym, activity centre climbing wall, mini kids park and places where you can do outdoor bbq food. There's a reading centre. The sea is about a 10 min walk but its not signed so you have to just walk and stumble on. You can walk into the main town in around 20 mins or so or you can a taxi for a few euros. There is a locked room where you can keep your case if you have to check out before your transfer, but you can still use the facilities. I would defo stay here again 100%.

Le stanze molto pulite, struttura impeccabile. Staff molto disponibile ed accogliente e sempre a disposizione con sorrisi. La qualitร  del cibo, davvero alto!

Forse aumentare qualche bibita in piรน che rientra nel pacchetto all inclusive. Per quelle a pagamento avere qualche selezione di piรน rispetto alle giร  conosciute brand.

"Relaxing stay with room for improvement."

6.0

Not bad for the price we paid however would not recommend half board based on the quality of the food. Weโ€™re not fussy eaters by any stretch but the quality and taste of the food was one of the worst weโ€™ve eaten when staying half board. Rooms could do with a bit of upkeep despite staying in the upgraded rooms in the Zensation building. Stains on curtains and bedding detract from what was otherwise not a bad room. Lack of plug sockets in logical places made things awkward at times. Sun loungers reserved despite rules against, which even during this quieter month made finding a lounger a frustrating experience.

"Sensational Zensation"

10.0

This was our first hotel holiday for more than 25 years having done camping at home and apartment/villa holidays abroad with our children. So an all inclusive in a plush hotel, just as a couple, was a new experience for us. The building is modern as are all the fixtures and fittings. We had booked a Junior Suite which was very well appointed and had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful from the concierge to the cleaners to the bar and restaurant staff. The food was varied and all very tasty - there were many dishes available at each meal time from diverse countries - Spain, Italy France, Germany, Mexico, UK. We tried many new dishes and enjoyed most - I am not a big fan of seafood. The only thing that dampened our spirits was something the hotel could not control - the weather. But it was January. All in all a wonderful and much needed holiday.
