Playa Park Zensation

The only reason i gave this 4/5 was because of the evening entertainment,,lost the will to live a couple of times and in the end we stopped going in and went down town,,apart from that this hotel is fantastic,,we went all inclusive,,the food is out of this world but could be warmer,the staff are brilliant,,and i mean all of them,,really friendly and helpfull,,its super clean,,Gino and Charles are great lads who try to get everyone involved in activities,,i could go on about the staff but trust me,you cant fault them ,i would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxed holiday

Location is a good walk to the centre but it was ok . The hotel was absolutely spotless , the room fantastic. Also we thoroughly enjoyed the food . Best we’ve had for all inclusive. All I can fault is the entertainment wants boosting its lack lustre . We was bored to be honest .But on the whole well done to the hotel staff fab service throughout

Playa Park Zensation is in a great location, with easy access to all areas of Corralejo. The hotel is split into two sections — the newer “ZEN” side and the older original side. We stayed on the older side, so I can’t comment on the new ZEN area, although it certainly looks impressive. The older part of the hotel, however, is starting to show its age. It could really benefit from a refurbishment, as there are quite a few temporary fixes that make it functional but not quite up to the standard you’d expect from a 4‑star property. The newer side may well live up to that rating, but the older side feels closer to a 3‑star experience. The food was plentiful but unfortunately quite low in quality, with limited flavour. We chose to eat out a couple of times because of this. On the positive side, the staff were consistently fantastic — friendly, attentive and always willing to help. In summary, the hotel is perfectly adequate if you’re able to secure a good deal, but overall I’d describe it as just “OK.” Would I recommend it to a friend? Probably not.

We have now been for about 12 weeks over the past 9 years, its always excellent even if the weather in Jan / Feb isnt always the best

The hotel is very peaceful and modern. The pools are lovely and the mattress is so comfortable. The staff are friendly and the cleaners come daily, very clean place.

The bed was two single beds and not a double bed. The cocktail options are very limited as well as the spirits you can have with all inclusive.

Perfect week with my husband. Definitely worth having the “bronze”band to be able to use the infinity pool and bars up there. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean. Serviced everyday. Food and drinks were great, and staff lovely. Hotel is in a good location for Corralejo town / if you don’t want to walk there are scooters nearby. Weather was a touch hit and miss - but I loved our week here and would definitely return.

Another amazing time at Zensation meeting up with friends from last year and all the incredible staff. I don't need to add to all the great reviews regarding accommodation, cleanliness, food choices, entertainment etc you really excell. Zensation holidays really feel like family vacations and definitely see you all again next January. Just a note to the review regarding level of music around pool for 2 Downs Syndrome adults, they did not choose the playlist or volume. Natalie sends Big hugs to Gino and all the staff

Incredible hotel, one of the nicest i’ve stayed in! Food was great, staff were super friendly and helpful and cleanliness was 10/10. Couldn’t fault a thing. The travel guide for excursions was amazing too, always willing to help and could contact him anytime. Incredible experience and 100% would recommend!! The hotel is close to everything, other restaurants/bars a 4 minute walk away and huge shopping centre 10-15 minute walk away, also 3 minutes from the beach. Very chuffed!

We stayed a week half board at this lovely hotel. We honestly can find nothing to moan about - its location was perfect for us - you could walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants and numerous bars. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds and had a nice chilled atmosphere. The bar by the pool had live but low key music early evening which was very enjoyable. The food in the buffet restaurant was probably the best of any hotel we have been to - as a mostly vegetarian (though sometimes eating fish) and a meat eater there was so much choice and lots of local dishes which we loved,lots of choice of fish and meat, an abundance of vegetables and fruit and also someone making pizza, English food was available for those who prefer it, so everyone was catered for. Breakfast was the same - an amazing choice. The staff at this hotel are unfailingly friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. There was also evening entertainment in the main bar/ events room - including bingo and a quiz, usually followed by a musical act of some kind. We were very impressed that despite our room being quite near the entertainment bar we literally could hear nothing of it from our room! I think there was daytime entertainment and things organised but we didn’t go to those.
