"Location "

8.0

Location of the hotel is very good. Walls are thin and you can hear alot going by on the corridor. The lift can be very slow at rush hour. Reception closes for 2 hours for lunch. Alot or road noise. Cooking facilities good, but could do with a better choice of utensils, but you get by. WIFI overall poor, kept on stopping if using it to listen to the radio. Location is best for me.

The design was very unique. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us equipment if we needed it and was a great experience. Although, we were a little but disappionted because we requested for a river view but was not given. We would recommend this hotel to many of our aqquiantances

I booked the apart-hotel thinking it was wheelchair accessible. When I requested for a shower chair, I was given a stool which was useless for my child in a wheelchair who is unable to sit upright.. It is probably my fault for not checking witht the hotel prior to my booking. The position of the microwave and kettle was placed too high to reach.

We were bumped for another hotel to this hotel (as the other hotel was closed, but had taken our booking and money). This hotel is in a great location - walking to all tourist attractions. We had free parking - off season. The room was fantastic - great view, quiet, big room (its an apartment with limited cooking and eating facilities, which we did not use) and due to season, limited restaurants nearby. Walk to city centre, grotto and fort. Recommend a stay - we enjoyed three days in Lourdes at this hotel.
