Very friendly staff and they are speaking English... great location very close to the Bacilica of the Lourdes. We can cook our own food in this apartment hotel. We are recommend this apartment hotel to our friends if they are coming to Lourdes.

The hotel is very well located in the town especially if you are a pilgrim. The room is very basic and small although very clean. If you room face the street it will noisy late in the evening and early in the morning.

The location was a convenient walkable distance to the sanctuary. The staff were very helpful and nice. We had some car troubles and they were very accommodating.

Very central. Bed not comfortable. Bathroom needed attention, lose tiles, poor bedding, towel quality terrible. Breakfast good.
