Appart'hôtel Saint Jean

The unit is quite ok, big and spacious. But the condition outside the unit is dirty. Wifi is hopeless. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk to Sanctuary. Kitchen inside the unit helps us to prepare food.

The place and location is very nice and accesisible to the church and shops good location the only problem is they had wifi and its not working

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was good. It's close to everything. The room on the other hand was too small for 5 people and the towels were as thin as handkerchiefs.

The appartments are in desperate need of modernisation Plug sockets hanging off walls cracked worktops, kettles that did not work Very cramped conditions Best thing about hotel was air conditioning Very strict with checking in times WiFi connections very poor

Decent size and good location. Good air conditioning however this leaked all week with water all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom was dirty and there were sticky patches on the bedroom floor. Not enough toilet roll delivered so we did not have enough.

Friendly and helpful staff with a great location for access to sites, amenities, restaurants, shops etc. However the photos on website created an image of bright and fresh apartments; the apartments are in fact a bit tired looking with the carpets in particular in need of a deep clean .

Close to Sanctuary, and other amenities. Air conditioning not working on arrival, and took a few days to fix. Hot water system broke down on our last day which was very inconvenient.

We had a wonderful holiday, the hotel was very comfortable and location to Grotto excellent.
