There is Bed bugs and hair dryer is old. The hotel staff is very helpful.

I’ve stayed at this property many times - and have found it good for the price but this time the room that was given to me could use some maintenance update. Orherwise it’s okay.

We arrived late, had a drink from the coffee machine and could rest soon. The water was hot and the heating worked very quick. Very tasty breakfast in the morning.

Excelent hotel

The hotel is not very far from the holy church. The staff ,specially reception and the breakfast lady were very helpful. The breakfast was also of good value. The bus to the railway station is right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone for a very lovely stay.

Awful. Booked for 7 nights, but stayed for 4 nights only due customers were very inconsiderate. They walked like horses, stumping in the the wee hours of the night and morning. Would be lucky if we get some sleep of 4 to 5 hours a night that we stayed there. Complained with management, but was done about. Requested a quiet room at the time of booking, but was put into the 1st floor beside a noisy street. will never stay at this place again.

The location of the hotel was great. However, the room was cramped and unclean. We had to ask for cutlery despite it being a studio. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and efficient. The hotel smelt of cigarettes. The online picture is very deceptive. Very disappointing stay!

Nice friendly hotel in the center of town. There is lots of public (paid) Parking out the front of the hotel and the room was clean, quite and comfortable. It's easy to walk anywhere from the hotel.

It's much better than expected. When we entered the hotel, we received a hearty welcome from the receptionist. It's very helpful that she knew little English hence we were able to communicate. If we required assistance, we could ask for help comfortably. We required an adapter to charge our phones. We asked the receptionist and she gave us an adapter. In respect with the hotel, it is well maintained and there is daily housekeeping. There are all the basic facilities within the hotel. This includes comfortable bedding, TV, etc. There are shops next to the hotel to buy essential foods. Otherwise, there are restaurants next to the hotel but they are quite expensive. Furthermore, it only takes 3 minutes walking to get to the Grotto. Please note that it is quite expensive in Lourdes so it is important to be careful in regards to money management.
