More information needs to be given when checking in as it was our 25th wedding anniversary, And need to let people know to pre-book the restaurant before arrival As we could get in to it but overall very nice stay

Stayed in this hotel to celebrate a birthday which we informed the desk at check in. At this point we ordered a bucket of ice and some glasses to be sent to our room. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and two nice easy chairs. The ice bucket arrived and we departed to the spa to have a look around. Everything worked but it needs a make over and let’s the hotel down. Had calamari in the hotel bar that night which was very nice but the pizza was disappointing. Tasted like a frozen pizza and we complained about it

It's a lovely comfortable relaxing hotel with good facilities and in a good location for other attractions such as Rathwood etc. The staff were extremely nice and hospitable. Food also very nice. The only real thing that I have negative to say is the service was quite slow or it seemed like the hotel was understaffed since it was busy while we were there. We tried to order some desserts & drinks room service but had to go down to the restaurant and bar to order ourselves. The bar was also quite understaffed when getting food. This can be annoying when on a time scale with small impatient children! Front desk was also quite busy at times & only one person on it at one particular time. Although the staff were really lovely & friendly, it just seemed they could do with more of them !

The hotel is lovely the only down side is there is no walks on the grounds for non golfers.

everything was perfect we couldnt have asked for better,we loved everything about the hotel, the food was excellent as was the pool and the childrens club was great value for money and the grandchildren loved it

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, room clean comfy beds good breakfast good size swimming pool friendly staff

Hotel is very dated didn’t think the cleanliness was up to standard the children’s soft play area in the family room was dirty with the mats being stained and walls we’re dirty etc. Didn’t think the staff were very friendly or helpful was not informed or directed to any facilities in the hotel. Checking out was the same staff bearly lifted there head to ask how our stay was.
