The shower bracket was loose lighting was so so did ask for double bed got two singles apart but staff was helpful great nothing major minor good location in town good for parking

Be aware and do not stay at this hotel. My wife and I checked out at 4.30 am this morning. I went to request the return of my car and was handed the keys to open the compound myself and then requested to lock the compound and return the key. On previous occasions the porter has opened the compound and locked it securely after I have removed my car. I never had to leave my car whilst returning the keys to the porter inside the hotel, especially as the hotel was extremely quiet at 4.30am. Whilst I returned to the key to the porter inside the hotel, my wife was attacked and robbed outside the hotel entrance whilst waiting inside the car. This is an unacceptable and dangerous practice that the hotel have introduced or the staff ‘just can’t be bothered’ doing their job and assisting the guests. I feel like we were ‘sitting ducks’ and it appeared to coincidental. I genuinely advise all guests to think again if you were looking to join this hotel is not safe or secure

It's close to Alicante Airport & on the main A7 motorway. It's also a motorway services so you can eat & drink 24/7.

Stayed here on our way to the airport. Just 6-7 km away from the airport, but on the wrong side of the motorway so it was 20 km to drive. It's on a stop on the motorway. But unlike many other motorway hotels, this was clean and well equipped rooms. It also had a restaurant open 24 hours. The food was of much higher quality than you expect. It also had a locked car parking for guests and a petrol station 50 m away. So we got what we needed, much better than expected on the motor way.

Good quality and well priced hotel close to airport

Great hotel lovely and clean the only thing and not the hotels fault but we booked as close to airport but taxi to the hotel is 23 euros as they have to go round the motorway.

How near to motorway and airport. Helpful staff and plenty of parking. Room was great for price.

We only stayed there to sleep for the night to catch an early flight. It was good for just that, but not very comfortable.
