Overall it is a nice place to stay a night. Clean and really good size room. The only issue is little far from Alicante. More than 20mins driving

A good hotel for a one night stay convenient for the airport. Reception booked a taxi for us for the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were enough towels and a bath mat in the bathroom. It was good to have the TV remote control in a plastic bag for hygiene reasons. We used the 24 hour cafe/restaurant for breakfast. A good continental breakfast was available. The staff were friendly and had enough English to compensate for our Spanish.

Very clean, friiendy staff on reception and housekeeping (was working on our corridor when we arrived at room), coronovirus assistance was excellent, safe secure parking also appreciated.

Necesitábamos un hotel para pasar la noche, y lo reservé por las buenas opiniones aunque ahora me planteo que criterio tiene la gente o si estuve en un hotel diferente. El hotel está ubicado en la carretera pero las carreteras estaban en obras y tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas. Al principio todo parecía bien, gel para las manos, te dan una bolsita con jabón, mascarilla...y entonces entramos en la habitación. El precio es por los servicios que ofrece un hotel no debería estar reñido con la limpieza, unas manchas enormes en las paredes de grasa o de algo que prefiero no saber, la taza del WC aunque estaba limpia estaba marrón del uso pasado, un calor enorme y aunque pusimos el aire tardo en enfriar. Sinceramente estuvimos lo menos posible, para descansar y nos fuimos sin tocar lo menos posible. Lo único bueno, el personal fue amable en todo momento y tenían un parking para meter el coche que se cierra. The hotel is located on the road, but we had to go around and around because the free-ways were under contruction. Once we were there at first, everything seemed normal, they give you a small bag with soap and mask, but once we got to the room it was disgusting. There were strange stains on the walls, I prefer not knowing what it was. The room was extremely hot, even with the air-conditioning took time to cool off. The bathroom seemed clean, but then the bowl of the toilet had like old brown stains which was disgusting. I ask my son to touch the less possible. We slept because we were really tired and left as soon as we could. I always believe that the price of a hotel should be related with the services offered, not with the cleanness. I am sure I will never come back, for us, it was a nightmare. I got this hotel because of the reviews but after being there, I am not sure of the criteria for this opinnions or if I was in the same hotel. I am confused, but my experience was very bad. The only positive for us was that the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful all the time.

I was on a business trip here and stayed for 1 night in room 131. Overall it was the best value for money I had in Spain (I travel extensively all over Spain staying in rooms with a rating between 35 – 50 EUR – this one was 38.5 EUR). The hotel, the room, everything was super clean (they even gave me some kind of “amenities kit” composed of a disposable mask, plastic disposable glass and bottles of liquid soap, just in case you forgot yours). The staff was very friendly and answered all of my question in a polite manner. There is also a restaurant open 24h inside the hotel and a gas station with a 24h schedule (20 m from the hotel). They have also a parking lot with surveillance cameras. Everything was excellent with a small note: when I first walked in into the room, there was a smell like in the room the windows haven’t been opened for a while to let the fresh air enter the room. Certainly I would recommend this hotel and certainly I would come back.

Rooms fine, food good enough, good access for airport journey and what more can I say? Nowhere to walk the dog but hey ho, you are here to get to the airport so probably wont have a dog anyway. Cost, typical of what it is.
