Hotel AG Express Elche

Nice clean and comfortable room. Bed slightly too hard for myself and only one pillow but apart from thay very good. Handy to have a place to drink/eat attached the food looked nice. Slightly annoying as on wrong side of motorway for airport so took a bit longer as 21km but apart from that wouls def stay again.

Be aware that you need to walk 380 m via a very light weigh foot bridge across the highway to get to the hotel if you arrive from South and driving towards Alicante/Alicante Airport. When you are driving after “Maps” it will direct you to a small local access road under the highway - but the road is in quite bad conditions and it leads you to a locked gate. The hotel announces that you can park - but that is on the other side of the highway - and with the 380 meters walk. Customer service of no use.

Great stopover hotel for airport. Clean and tidy, easy checkin/out with 24 hour restaurant. Will def stay again when using airport

Pre-flight stopover in a service station hotel. All very basic, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast (juice, roll and drink) was in the service area restaurant. Didn't really expect too much more, but no hot water after 7am on our stay was simply not acceptable.

The Staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. Can’t speak highly enough of them. The position of the hotel is poor. No access from Elche side so you need to go down to the airport and return back to get on the correct side of the motorway. Hotel is good for 1 or 2 nights but long term it’s a no go. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good shower and bathroom. Limited clothes storage for longterm stays. It’s basically a motorway service stop with a hotel at the side. Nothing around and you can’t walk anywhere from it. No paths.

Exactly what you want from an airport hotel, except the check in experience was poor. I ended up phoning reception in the hope the phone ringing would attract a member of staff as there was no bell/note saying they'd be back soon, there was just no one there!

The room was clean, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable. The location is good, close to the airport and I had a room at the back away from the road noise. The staff at reception were nice. HOWEVER The shampoo, shower gel and soap were THE WORST I have ever experienced. POOR quality, impossible to open in the shower when your hands are wet and not enough shampoo to wash a ladies hair. I brought my own conditioner, if I hadn’t done that my hair would have been a mess. Why not have a dispenser fixed to the wall?

Comfortable , clean & spacious rooms. Lovely shower. Very handy for airport. Secure guest parking. Added bonus of a surprise free breakfast on the terrace from the services restaurant which also had food available for late night arrival. Reception and restaurant very friendly & helpful. Will definitely use again.

Excellent hotel close to Alicante Airport. We stayer here as we had a super early flight. Its part of a service station but had an excellent resraurant, friendly staff, comfortable room and Free Wi-Fi.
