Everything was as expected

I love this hotel. It's located in the Adirondacks Mountains in the New York State in the USA. The atmosphere is great! The rooms are also great with a nice living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bathroom. The value is good with the price being a bit expensive, but it's worth it! The rooms and the shared areas are kept tidy and clean. The noise level is also good with you not being able to hear any noise when going to bed. The service and staff is awesome with them being helpful and kind. There are a lot of great amenities such as: A few restaurants, a bowling alley to rent for yourself, a park, a movie theatre, a game room and a gym. My favorite amenities are: the bowling alley, the movie theatre and the game room.

All employees were very friendly , but our last night here I was in the lobby and heard the employees at the front desk talking negatively about one of the families who had just checked in. It made me very uncomfortable. The only other issue was the Peak 47 restaurant was quite slow and the food was very average .

I love this property it has a lot of amenities and games for the kids to do. Staff are polite and really nice. The rustic vibe is so beautiful. They have free snores at 5pm. So many areas to lounge and have bonfire. Pool is clean and heated. It was a nice experience

We loved the spa where we spent the morning and then we transitioned to our room. The staff was amazing and always ready to help us! We used the pool and Hot Tub and had the best time celebrating our friends 50th Birthday!!!

We really didn't have anything to complain about.
