Los Herederos Hotel Piedras Negras

We arrived just to find out it had been over booked and we did not have a place to stay! We havs 2 children and it is pitch black and wr are looking for a new location. and the lobby STUNK of cigarrette smoke!

Reserve en Expedía con una semana de anticipación y pague. Llegue al rededor de las 11 de la noche y la muchacha de la recepción me dijo “oye pues te tengo que dar habitación en área de fumadores porque como llegaste tarde fue la que alcanzaste.” Aún teniendo reservación, me dijo esto. Tuve que dormir en un cuarto oliendo a cigarro cuando reserve una habitación “non-smoking.” Súper mal servicio.

I travel frequently to Piedras Negras. I decided one day to rent a room from Capital O Hotel Herederos and I was surprised by the quality of service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is out of this world. The staff is friendly so far.

Rooms were dirty. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom floor wet. Bedding had stains. Booked 3 rooms each room had some kind of problem. Maintenance man was very helpful. Front desk girl was very rude to other customer.

Room was not clean in certain areas, no shower mats, hot water took forever, ac unit was noisy, lighting was minimal. Not a comfortable place to stay

Ese lugar estaba lleno de migrantes , era muy inseguro, había gente en los pasillos y estaba muy sucio , los cuadros no estaban limpios y el inodoro tampoco , el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba apropiadamente. Me tuve que ir en la noche , no pude pasar la noche ahí , definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar, y no volveremos jamás .

We booked room with two beds through Expedia non smoking. We called before arriving to verify our reservation was in order. When we arrived they informed us that the only rooms available with two beds were smoking rooms. They did have a single bed room non smoking and one of us slept on the floor. It wasn’t an ideal hotel experience.

This is not a family hotel, it was dirty, smells bad, the carpet its old and dirty, i won’t stay here again.

Very very dirty and false advertising

The room was really dirty. I doubt they cleaned it. There was trash and used face masks in the floor. Hair all over the bed. Wouldn’t book again
