Los cuartos de la página de internet no son los mismos que te dan al llegar ahí. The rooms are not as advertised on website. They are sub par and should be considered false advertisement.

The hotel is noticeable and is located near a busy part of the town. Parking is ample and front door drop off is available. The hotel itself, the building style and setup, is very outdated. Check-in is done quick, but not efficiently. The check-in attendants clearly lack check-in and customer service skills. I was not greeted as I walked in, and was almost given the wrong room. Once I was given the correct room and room number, no further instructions were given. I was given my room key and sent on my way. The room was outdated, but spacious enough to accommodate four people. The restrooms lacked toiletries, such as shampoo and soap; considering that most hotels now a days provide full size toiletries. The bed mattresses were not as comfortable as one would like, but the linens were clean. The TV works well and performs as it’s intended to. The AC is outdated and loud, but it gets the job done.The WiFi did not work in our room, and was a big inconvenience. Room service is available, and prices are fair. Breakfast was not how it used to be, although it’s complimentary, you have to ask for a breakfast voucher because it will not be mentioned at check in. It has a one hour complimentary breakfast time, and after that, breakfast is charged a la carte. No ice machines are available and must be retrieved by the on site bar. Bring your own cups because they will charge you for plastic cups. The Housekeeping was the most impressionable, as our room never lacked clean linens. A 2/5

We arrived at or around 2 am, was very late and we were tired. room was dirty, hair on the sheets, wall was coming out like something was there before and never got fix. no water pressure on the shower head. only 2 bath towels in the room for 3 people. this is more like a motel 1 instead of 6.

I give them a 4 starts because i love their service and food. The room itself had a funky smell and the beds were hard to sleep on. I've stayed in this hotel before and that other bed was more comfortable. I wasnt so lucky this last time. I hope it was only this room that is bad.

Good experience, staff was friendly and willing to help with anything we need it.

Room was bad floor dirty old one of the mattresses sunk in on one side towels had stains and the shower head was clogged. Breakfast was included but not too great either.that hotel needs to upgrade badly!

They don’t accept online booking. And apparently Expedia doesn’t know. I was not able to stay. So I had to look for another place. Expedia hasn’t reached me. I don’t think I would use Expedia for bookings. And hotel lady was extremely unhelpful. And I’m hoping for a full refund.

Do not stay here. They do not accept payments via Hotels.com and will charge you double. Very rude and mocking service

The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. She has a very bad attitude and instead of greeting customers in the front lobby, she should be somewhere in the back of the hotel restaurant washing dishes

Not sure why this has 7.3 rating. The hotel is not well maintained. Pungent smell of tobacco. The only toiletries we got was toilet paper. No TV remote. Their system was down and couldn't get a card for the room. The carpet was very stained. Not sure if everyone pays the same, but could find something better for the same rate. The pictures of the rooms are extremely misleading. We made the reservation online and once we got to the hotel we were told they don't do reservations online. Sadly, Not a pleasant experience.
