Los Herederos Hotel Piedras Negras

El hotel esta bien, limpio, le falta mucho mantenimiento, pero por el precio funciona. Sin embargo, es muy desagradable llegar, y que no respeten la reservación hecha a través de Expedia, y cobren ellos directamente.

No hot water can't pay with a credit card and horrible breakfast

El peor lugar de Piedras Negras. Ya no es un hotel- un un motel barato - el staff en recepción súper grosero, no respetan las reservaciones, en el cuarto las sabanas sucias y con manchas y además de olores raros, ¡no se queden en este hotel por ninguna razón!

This hotel is not the cleanest. They don't vacuum the rooms so your socks and feet will have trash from previous stays on you. The water pressure from the shower is very little. So it takes a long time to shower. The front desk help is bad. They don't make you feel welcomed and seem to socialize with each other and pay little attention to the client. The restrooms don't have a verity of towels and no facial tissue at all. I would not stay here again.

The front desk was not very welcoming. Attended multiple customers at once which felt unfriendly. The rooms were not vacuumed and felt dirty. The restroom lacked water pressure in the shower and didn't offer a verity of towels and facial tissue. Do not recommend and will not stay here again.

Well it was clean didn’t like that there was no microwave or min fridge no coffee or creamer or sugar was available for coffee maker

No parking near doors to offload luggage.
