6th floor room. No lift.

The whole place was very disappointing

Nothing i like. Too messy n dirty. Got cockroaches and rat everywhere

Dirty.

We booked this stay back in november, and without realising booked the wrong dates (same dates a month ahead) - this part was obviously our fault. But still not knowing the dates were wrong, we arrived and checked in to the hotel, the staff on the desk did not seem with it at all, I showed him the booking when he couldn’t find our name and he just wrote it down and gave us a room (a downgrade from what we had booked for aswell) Late the next day when we were just falling asleep we suddenly had a pounding at the door, we opened the door and the guy was there who checked us in and just shouted at us ‘Downstairs now, confused we asked why? And he just repeatedly rudely shouted ‘downstairs now, right now’ we went, kinda scared at this point still unaware that we had booked the wrong dates, to then deal with the situation with the lady at the desk (she was much nicer) however it took a while to sort out and they seemed very unwilling to let us stay for our second night for a while even though we had paid for two nights of stay (for a better room) finally we were understood of eachother and allowed to stay. however I did feel like even though the mistake was ours for wrong date booking, this should have been properly checked when we checked in and the way we were spoken to was very confrontational and intimidating. I felt very on edge the rest of the stay here and would definitely never return. The room itself was dirty, cigarette holes in the bed sheet. No top sheet to sleep with, ants everywhere. Not at all like any of their photos show.
