RedDoorz at V Plaza Hotel Manila

Hmm I did like how accomodating the staff's are, mostly ma'am Sandy, and Ma'am Arwina. I did like that I can sleep comfy eventhough I have 1 pillow. I also liked the idea that there were nearby food like Mcdo, Baliwag, street foods, and Puregold.

What I didn't like was the aircon started dripping water on my 2nd day of stay (I did reach out this problem and apparently, they can't do anything stating that "it's always like that"). As a light sleeper, I cannot sleep with the sound of water dripping in a pail, so I had to drink melatonin at night. I didn't like that a mice can go through the gap from the door, I had to use a towel to cover it, it was also eating through our garbage so you can hear the mice inside. Lastly, the bucket... the bucket they used was the recyclable gallon of wilkin's water or I dont know what brand. They used a tape to cover the sharp edges. So imagine taking a bath inserting your hand through that "bucket" it feels like the "saw" movie, where the challenge is everytime you get some water, you get hurt. (Btw, I did hurt myself and have a scar because of that bucket)

The staff is kind like cheapski for a little water bottle of complimentary..just because its my last day staying in hotel, and i ask for a small bottle of the compliment, this person want me topay for the water..it was one of a free water bottle..i dont mind the cheap place, but selfish employee or staff is additional negative for the hotel

I stay in this place for 9days, it wenr ok.. But on my check out day at 9am i went to the office asking for a complimentary small water bottle, the staff was being cheap, didn't gave me no water at all its because im checking out later i, instead this person want me to buy the water from them..not a goos customer service...
