NOTHING, building, and room were disgusting. GAURD TRIED TO STEAL THINGS USING DUPLICATE KEY CARD SECURITY GAURD USED DUPLICATE CARD TO ENTER MY ROOM AND TRY TO STEAL MONEY AND VALUABLES WHEN CONFRONTED HE SAIDNIT COMMON PRACTICE TO CHECK ROOMS BEFORE BOOKING PEOPLE INTO THEM BUT DIDNT CHECK THE LOG. BOOK SITTING IN FRONT OF HIM WITH MY CONFORMATION PROOF IN IT.

Security gaurd used a duplicate card to enter my room and try to steal money and other valuables. I was sitting in my room when he just used the card and walked in. Once he saw me, he backed out and ran back downstairs. When confronted, he tried to blame the desk lady for not logging us in, but my confirmation was in the log book on the desk right in front of him. he knew i was a foreigner and targeted me. He refused to speak english, and my gf had to translate. The desk lady told us in the morning that he should not be using the card for any reason.

Floors dirty, on the second night cat was eating dead Rat on the staircase next day, corpse was still on stairway, no shower working just a dirty bucket supplied horrendous environment foul smell and tv wasn’t working was literally the worst place I’ve ever experienced..

The room smelled so bad that I had to leave early and book another hotel because I couldn't stay there with my family. Staff refused to give me a refund even though I left and did not stay the second night. They also refuse to give me a different room
