First issue no pre warning on £50 fees for any damages that may happen intl you arrive on site £12 a night for parking on Friday vehicles where damaged in the main hotel car park Cracked sinks stained walls and curtains Rooms not cleaned fully No air conditioning working rooms above 25oc Pool closed Lack of staff no bar person Reception staff unhelpful try to fob us off with a free drink at the bar to accommodate for no air conditioning. Overall we had a very disappointing visit would not recommend complaints lodged in writing To be ignored Will not use again

We have stayed before and it takes dogs

Room 253 27 degrees outside and the air con was broke, you didn’t tell us that at check in, only when I complained We got a fan that was utter garbage and didn’t even move a hair The remove was disgustingly hot meaning the bathroom was even worse We both have MS meaning we can’t handle humidity You are lucky if we both got 2 hours between us that night There was no air

Be good if the pool and darts board was located in the sports bar.

The hotel is located about a 20 minute walk from the city and a 10 minute walk to a suburban High Street with plenty of restaurants. The bus service in both directions is excellent. The hotel has its own very large car park. Parking cost £12 per day. The hotel room was clean and a good size. The bathroom only had a rain shower. The breakfast was very good. It is a good alternative to the city centre hotels at the right price.
