Clean room

£50 deposit taken on check in for any damages, may take up to 10 days after checking out to go back into my bank account, why 10 days?? Breakfast was just ok. Staff looked fed up & very little hot foods left at 10am.

Breakfast was nice

Jacuzzi and sauna wasn’t working. Pool was awful , small and not clean looking. Changing rooms were disgustingly dirty and small. Service was awful at the hotel. Not worth the money at all

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable especially Imani, she did Mecure proud. Lovely and bubbly personality, she helped with the queries i had and put in extra effort with providing as much information as possible, very thankful for her assistance!

The breakfast on the Sunday was not as good as the Saturday, missing items like hash browns and scrambled eggs but that's just personal preference

The lobby area looked nice. Staff were kind enough to place some leftover food we had from a party, in their staff fridge. Bed was comfortable

Room very small. Room was not cleaned properly. Steam room needs updating. Jacuzzi was out of use. Cha ginger rooms were dated and not clean. Gym was ok but very hot in their however the provided a few fans.
