Couldn’t use the pool Jacuzzi was broke Kids classes everywhere Charged £16 a day parking Breakfast tasted like it was gone off Gym was full Room was tiny and air con kept making weird noises through the night Was very hard understanding the staff and what they were saying

"Did what we need it to for the one night."

Suite was a good size for a family, ideal having partition doors between the rooms. Everything provided in the bathroom .Good selection at breakfast although fruit bowls were taken away and not replaced reducing the choice Pool was a nice additional extra for the children to enjoy

Booking and check in procedure could have been better and quicker, system kept failing when people were trying to pay…some doing it online via their phones to try and speed up the process after lengthy queue. Staff could be more welcoming and friendly
