The staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom appeared clean, except for the quearionable stains on all the towels. I was willing to overlook the towels though until I saw a roach crawling across the bedroom wall. The room smelled like it used to be a smoking room even though it is designated as nonsmoking now. The staff and bed can't make up for the dirty conditions. Also, evidently there was an incident at the motel some time during our last night there, as there was a cop taking statements from a couple of guests when we were getting ready to checkout. All in all, not the best experience I have ever had with a hotel. It isn't the worst, but definitely not the best and I most likely won't be repeating my business there.

Given a smoking room when I requested non-smoking. The sheets while clean, were worn out. The towels were dingy. The sink didn't drain well. This hotel room is in need of a renovation and refurbishment.

The hotel was pretty much the only place available when we decided to stop. Staff was friendly, rate was great. Room was a little dirty in the corners. Towels were clean but dingy. Beds were comfy but linens were scratchy. One room did not have working A.C. (we had 2 rooms). Did not ask to move because they were full. Breakfast was cold cereal and sweet rolls. Overall acceptable for the price

Convenient to the Celebration Arena, venue for all sorts of horse shows. Easy in and out, nearby eating locations.

Would never go back there again. The towels were disgusting along with the bath mat part of it was worn apart. The bathroom sink drained very slow and just was not clean. Just a dirty place. Advertised with a pool well it did have one but it had a tarp over it and held with cinder blocks and I am guessing it was nasty.

Good room size, comfortable bed. Towels and linens were scratchy, but clean.

All around messy, smelly roach infested room. We found trash behind the night stand . Roaches were in our suitcases when we got home. We did let the front desk know this . We will never stay here again & people need to know why.

The hotel clerk called me at 4:00p.m. while I was driving to the hotel to ask if I was still coming, because he wanted to sell my room to someone else. I was NOT happy about this. I had made my reservation in good faith and was honoring it. This kind of overly aggressive money grubbing is what turns people off. The room was a bit run down. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, The lock on the bathroom door would stick in the locked position, and the front door lock did not work well. I had to have my card keys reprogrammed twice, and I still had trouble with the door. The walls were not very soundproof. I could here the people on both sides of my room, and if they were outside, it was worse. I will NOT stay here again
