The property has beautiful gardens and very peaceful to relax by the pool. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms super clean and comfortable. I will just add a microwave in the rooms .

This is a family run business and Vanessa & family take pride and care deeply for all their guests. Breakfast is included & besides your typical breakfast, they offer fruit, cereal and toast plus coffee,tea, water & fruit drink. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, hot showers & don’t worry about running out of hot water plus a/c, fridge and English speaking channels. The grounds are impeccable and the gardeners keep everything immaculate.This is truly Paradise to reflect & just take the beauty in! The pool is very clean & well maintained. Daniel & Jonnathan at the front desk are very helpful and both speak English. They can book day trips & offer local restaurants and general information about La Fortuna. This was my 5th time staying here & each time gets better!

We stayed here as a family of five (with kids aged 13, 8, and 5), and it was a wonderful experience. The pool was perfect for our kids—just the right size for them to enjoy and play safely. The location is great too; it's within walking distance to downtown La Fortuna, which made exploring easy and fun. The daily breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. We would absolutely stay here again as a family!

Amazing atmosphere. We saw sloths, beautiful birds, and an agouti on property! It truly felt like a tropical paradise and minutes away from all of the great attractions. I highly recommend the Mediterranean restaurant that delivers. The pool is well kept and amazing views to the volcano.

The owner Adriana was very helpful. She went above and beyond when we were left by the tour. She called Exoticca & arranged a taxi for us to meet the tour & paid for it in advance. The place is very nice & the swimming pool is very clean. The room is very clean & big. It is close to restaurants & walking distance to the town center of La Fortuna.

Very quiet and nature life breakfast was good the staff was very attentive. The staff is very attentive to fixing things when stuff went wrong which was not often breakfast was great staff was friendly very accommodating we needed to get a tour early and they adjusted breakfast for us so we could get breakfast before our tour

Staff were excellent! Property is conveniently located close to the main city center. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Everything was good, except the washrooms could do with an update, along with the mini TV. Only 1 shared microwave at the reception.

Hotel was very nice - the premises were very beautiful with each cottage having its own veranda with beautiful foliage. Room is a bit small but very comfortable. Location is also very good. Breakfast was tasty.

A lovely, down-home, peaceful hotel. A bit away from the busy-ness of La Fortuna. Beautiful gardens, lovely staff. Not chic, but comfy. Has a nice swimming pool and semi-outdoor breakfast restaurant. I like this style a lot more than I think I would like a resort. Recommended!
