Arenal Country Inn

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Beautiful outdoor environment in the gated community. The air conditioning is a bit uncomfortable and could be remodeled.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious Every morning, the pool was our favorite part. Grounds were lovely and we were able to see beautiful flowers a little bit of wildlife, lizards, and birds and snakes. It was close enough to town that we could walk but far enough away that it was quiet And peaceful. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but we are quite picky about sleeping accommodations.

Great place to stay in La Fortuna. We enjoyed big pool, beautiful property with so many plants and flowers and clean room. The hotel also has laundry service.

My family of four really enjoyed Arenal Country Inn. We liked having little cabins and the grounds were lovely. We were walking distance to restaurants and the town of La Fortuna, and the staff were all courteous and helpful. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day.

Breakfast buffet was filling & refreshing, staff was very helpful & accommodating. It was a wonderful experience!

Overall a good experience but the double room we booked was very small and had no room for our luggage or to hang clothes. Rooms were noisy . The breakfast was ok with no smiles from the staff. The hot water was very inconsistant.

We had very good service and it's a very nice place. Super clean. There is no restaurant but they serve a good breakfast beside the pool. It's a very quiet hotel with a few rooms (small houses for 4 persons each). It is close to the stores and restaurants so you can walk there. You can see Arenal from the pool. I recommand this place!

The property and service was amazing. The pool area was quiet and very spacious. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms are older and dated, but very clean and we would definitely stay again! Nice spot indeed!

Great clean room. Good A/C. GREAT breakfast. Very attentive service. (We had a problem with getting our room key to work and they came in a few minutes and fixed it and gave us a new key.) Short walk from downtown. Nice bungalow vibe. Helpful in suggesting tours and things to do.

Gated property with staff available from 7am to 9pm daily. Very close to Fortuna and all of it's restaurants and shopping. Beautiful grounds and a breathtaking view of the volcano from the pool. Breakfast provided was buffet style and delicious with options from eggs and sausage to fruit and cereal. Some traffic noise and bars on the windows and doors. But we felt safe and comfortable here. Housekeeping daily, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.
