"Unaccrptable conditions"

Its hot in my room called the front desk said someone would come soon. I told them I needed to get ready for a concert. They said it wont be long. I have showered and gotten ready and no one has come. Its 530 pm and Its 75 degrees in this room. I am not happy!! Im about to leave to head to dinner and the concert. Their rooms should be a comfortable climate for your guests. Back from concert still 75 degrees. Went to get ice from ice maker on my floor. Thats broken called down to front desk was told i need to go to a different floor, they refused to bring any to my room. I want a refund. This is unacceptable.

We did experience a power outage and people were stuck in the elevator and in the pool area. The pool was also not very clean
