Rodeway Inn Homosassa

People talking loudly in passage way smoking both pot and cigarettes. Music blaring from a room 5 doors down. No shade on the 2 bedside lamps...only light bulbs. TV had to be swapped out bcz it didn't work.

Maintenance was poor my wife fell on buckling walkway.

Very friendly staff. Once renovations are done, the lobby will be very nice. Right next to Homosassa Springs you can walk to. Very close to Crystal River. Spacious room. Only thing it could use is a paint job on the bathroom door. Comfortable beds.

There was a cockroach infestation at this property that caused us to have to leave and book a stay at another location. They even had a roach bait trap behind the toilet. Then they refused to refund the money for the rest of the week stay. They are booking rooms that are unfit for booking and then stealing money from customers. It’s deplorable really and shameless. You should not be allowed to treat people this way.

The photos of the motel showed a Large covered roof over entry. This was essential to my choice as I was riding a motorcycle and needed covered parking. When I arrived there was no roof. The management allowed me to find suitable covered parking. Thanks

I stay here whenever I come here. Because of the atmosphere and convenience but I have to say this trip wasn’t quite the best. A lot of renovations need to be made and maybe shampoo the carpets once in a while so the room doesn’t smell like a wet dog. Also maybe bug bomb the place.
